Helaas verkeerd item besteld (lens van de verkeerde afmeting). Via website geprobeerd retour te sturen maar retourknop werkt niet. Vervolgens 2 keer via het formulier op de website een bericht gestuurd. Geen enkele response. Daarna op internet naar email adressen gezocht: customerservice at cpcompany.com en enquiries@ geen enkele reactie. Op geen mogelijkheid contact met ze te krijgen of via website / formulier een item retour te sturen. Waardeloze service voor een heel duur merk! Mischien is het ze te veel naar de bol gestegen ofzo! Dit doet af aan het merk en ik vraag mij serieus af of ik met deze service nog ooit wat van ze wil kopen.

Commande faite le 15 juillet, compte débité et plus de nouvelles depuis, après plusieurs relance via leurs site aucuns retours de leurs part! A fuire un SAV nul et inexistant.
Et j'espère recevoir un jour ma commande sinon je porterais plainte contre eux.

On me dit que ma commande n’as pas été prise en compte pour refus de paiement je fais donc une deuxième commande et que fut ma surprise quand j’ai reçu deux confirmation de commandes ?
Alors qu’on m’as initialement signalé que ma commande n’avais pas était enregistrée ? Quand je rentrai le numéro de commande de la première commande sois disant non prise en compte elle n’apparaissent pas dans le suivis de commande ?
J’ai tout de même reçu deux articles et j’ai été débité deux fois tout de même .
Bien évidemment quand on fait des messages au SAV personne ne vous répond .
Puis quand je demande un retour de commande “service technique indisponible“
Donc non seulement je paye deux commande je reçois deux commandes , on ne me répond pas quand je fais des demandes de SAV mais en plus on peux même pas demander un retour par nous même ?

I’d give a zero if I could! Ordered a polo shirt for my husband. It is faulty, the zip is mangled and won’t go down, can’t even try it on. Had to fill in their contact form to arrange return. They take about 4 days to respond then they just said they couldn’t see the photos and to send them again so I did. Then 4 more days pass and they ask what order am I talking about!!! The order that I wrote on the bloody contact form. Here we are 10 days on and I’m no further forward. I’m going on holiday tomorrow so had no choice but to order a replacement which said it would arrive in 2/3 days. Well we’re 5 days in and it’s not coming until next week!! Absolutely abysmal company

Would give 0 but not an option. Avoid shopping with this company. No way of contacting them other than email, unhelpful and lie. Asked to cancel an order and was told could not be cancelled due to being out for delivery a week late from date given as well as paying for delivery. Spoke to DHL who informed me they could recall the item but only iff it was done from them with a simple email. No longer a quality brand as is now sold in the actual Sports direct store.

Ware angeblich beschädigt, Retoure hat 8 Wochen gedauert, ewig kein Label erhalten. Etc.

Really bad support. The brand felt of a shirt and I wanted to return it but then they wanna charge me 13€ for the return. And it takes months to them to get back.

terrible attitude towards customers
I received the jacket quite quickly but it turned out to have many defects. I wrote about a return in January and received a response only in March and offered a refund or a promotional code for a 20% discount. I write to their support and they respond once every 4 days. I wrote them the last message a week ago. and still haven't received an answer, it's just terrible how they treat customers

Kann mich den 1 Stern Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Retoure ist eine reinste Katastrophe. Bis man mal ein Retoure Label bekommt dauert es 3-5 Tage. Auch wird es unnötig schwer gemacht über support tickets die man schreiben muss. Warte seit 1-2 Wochen auf mein Geld nach der Rückmeldung, dass der Artikel angekommen ist. Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten hier zu bestellen. Es verursacht nur Kopfschmerzen. Bevor ich hier nochmal bestelle zünde ich mein Geld lieber an.
Poor customer service indeed
I must second all the negative reviews here regarding their service. I ordered a jacket but it turned out to be too small due to weird size charts they use. The jacket is from the winter collection which vanished from their website in March so I can't just reorder a bigger size and return the one that I have. I contacted them regarding the issue and it took them two days to answer. They suggested to go through the return process but completely ignored my question how to order a bigger size given that the jacket disappeared from the website. I asked for this again and silence since then (4 days already).
Looks like for some reason C.P. Company doesn't care about their customers (doesn't want their money, literally) which is quite strange given that they pretend to be a "luxury" brand judging by their price tags. And luxury is largely about the appropriate
level of service, not just the quality.

PS. It looks like their business is operated by a third party called "Diana E-Commerce Corporation S.r.l." but this is a tiny excuse. The brand owners should definitely pay attention to how non-professional their customer service currently is.
