Really great service - good communication, very helpful and friendly delivery driver, and the crates worked really well for my move. Moving company liked working with the crates, they stored our belongings much better than cardboard, less waste and the pick up date gave us an incentive to unpack quickly!

Very straightforward process and helpful staff available by e-mail. Only recommendation to improve is to communicate when crates will be delivered/collected in advance (even just 'delivered by 1pm' and to be collected between 1pm and 6pm)

Really great service - all went smoothly. The boxes are far sturdier than cardboard boxes which worked well for our move.. and we didn’t feel bad about all the packaging afterwards. The drop off and pick up was seamless. No issues at all. Highly recommend.

Hired a 4 bedroom house crate package. Crates were delivered and collected promptly as requested. Crates themselves were excellent for packing, stacking and keeping fragile goods secure. Would highly recommend. Could not have moved without them.

Mostly great customer service, and lovely clean crates.
Easy to extend hire as needed. But delivery and pickup to/from Cambridge was expensive (price varies with location), and I never received the promised notification of time window for pickup. Fortunately I was ready when they turned up at 7:45 am.
