Started from a fairly simple place: we wanted coats and everyday pieces that looked good without trying too hard. Something you could put on in the morning, feel confident in, and not have to think much about after that. Over time, that idea grew into a small team designing outerwear with a clear focus on shape, fabric, and practicality. We don’t chase fast trends. Most of what we make leans toward clean lines, calm colours, and cuts that suit a wide range of people. The goal has always been to create clothing that feels reliable — the kind you end up reaching for again and again because it just works. Our customers come from all ages and walks of life, so we put effort into sizing, comfort, and making sure each piece has a straightforward fit. If something doesn’t feel right, we go back and adjust it. It’s a slower way of working, but it leads to clothing that holds up and feels considered. Crawleigh isn’t built on a big origin story or a long heritage. We simply care about making well-designed outerwear and offering it at a fair price, supported by a customer experience that’s easy and transparent. Scam AVOID

Received no confirmation email, no response from emails, phone number is constantly switched off. Have just read it’s China based so steer clear. Currently reporting to bank

Edit - there is no order number! You never sent a confirmation email! Give me a working phone number and I’ll call you

Poor quality, terrible customer service

I ordered 2 items. These got shipped directly from China (so beware, you could get same items for less on Shein or Temu). Arrived in 2 weeks, both of poor quality, with irregular stitching.
One item is pink instead of burgundy, on the description said linen cotton blend, on the tag on the dress is 95% polyester.

Trying to return, customer service is slow and asking for multiple pictures of the item including size to investigate internally.

I don't care about the investigation, I want to return the item as it in not the one I ordered.
Return free of charge was denied, despite this being clear on their return policy that if the item is not the one I ordered they should cover the expenses.

Honestly, bad bad customer service.
I would give 0 if I could.

Updated 10/6/26: the order number is 1014, I had several email exchanges with your customer service that declined any responsibility for the return of the faulty item.
I now raised a dispute through the bank as customer service is absolutely irrational.

its a scam

its a scam! Do not order! The stuff comes from China, its cheap quality, mine arrived 3 weeks later! The contact number is a mobile and is always switched off, there is no customer service, there website shows they're based in London but its not its all fake, running a scam from China

For Valentine’s Day, I ordered a gift for my wife here and she was extremely happy with it. The delivery arrived right on time, which made it even better. Great service!

I bought a valentine present and it came on time, the quality is very nice. Its always hard to guess how the quality turns out when u order something on the internet but this surprised me in a positive way. I had some questions about shipping and had to make sure that it would be delivered on time. The communication was quick and easy. I asked a question on the website and they reacted very quick. I would consider Craw Leigh as a reliable brand.
