Cela fait maintenant 1 mois que j'attends ma livraison commandée le 11 novembre en offre black friday. Les réponses de Creality et du livreur DPD sont laconiques et démontrent que la satisfaction du client est secondaire, vu que j'ai payé à la commande.
Grosse déception. A éviter et se reporter sur un site de confiance genre Amazon.
1 semaine de plus et toujours rien de rien. et pas de commentaires.
Fuyez ce site !!!
Désormais le 16/12 et toujours rien (ni réponse mail et tracking DPD toujours bloqué en Allemagne, DPD France ne peut pas répondre). L'un comme l'autre est nul. J'ai demandé à PAYPAL à me faire rembourser.
Et visiblement je ne suis pas seul.

Lieferzeiten werden nicht eingehalten
Kundendienst lügt einen an und macht versprechungen
die nicht eingehalten werden und jeder Mitarbeiter sagt was anderes.
Lieber bei dritten bestellen, die haben wenigstens keine Lieferschwierigkeiten

Bisher nichts geliefert Kundenservice gibt sich keine Mühe.
Mails werden versprochen ich warte mittlerweile auf 25 E-Mails
Stornierung der Bestellung über 3 fachen weg würde bis jetzt ignoriert.

An jeden der einen 3d Drucker kaufen will lässt bloß die Finger von creality

Creality ne joue pas le jeux avec les entreprises et refusent de faire des factures en bonne et due forme hors tva pour les entreprises ayant un numéro de TVA intracom. C'est contre la legilsation européenne mais ils s'en contrefichent. Perso je pars de chez eux après avoir revendu une CR10 je passe à la concurrence. De toute manière cela reste du matériel très amateur.

Ich habe einen Laser Falcon 2 40W gekauft.
Da ich ihn einige Tage später gebraucht gefunden habe musste ich den neuen zurückschicken. Nach all den Bewertungen hab ich gedacht das das eher schwierig bis unmöglich wird und ich vielleicht zwei habe.
Bei mir verlief aber die Retoure ohne Probleme. Versand nach Deutschland in Geld nur wenige Tage später zurück an mich.
Support sitzt in China antwortet aber innerhalb von 24 Stunden. Kommunikation ist auf Englisch.
Kann nichts beanstanden.

Ware wird nicht ausgeliefert, Rückzahlung verzögert. Nie wieder

Lenti nella spedizione della merce. Fatto acquisto di k1 martedì passato, spedito con dpd il giorno successivo e a oggi non solo non ho ricevuto nulla ma dal tracker che mi hanno inviato la merce sembra sempre ferma in Germania. I soldi li prendono subito ma poi chi se ne frega di quello che succede. Spero che finisca tutto bene ma ci penserò 2 volte prima di acquistare di nuovo una Creality.

On September 20, 2023, I made a purchase of the "CREALITY Original 2KG Ender-3 S1 3D Printer PLA Filament 1.75mm" from Creality3D aliexpress store for €34.02 with the understanding that it included free shipping to Cyprus.

However, I encountered a highly frustrating and unprofessional conversation with your store representative, which transpired as follows:

Creality Store: "Your address belongs to a remote address, Logistics cannot be delivered. Please cancel the order as soon as possible. AliExpress'll give you a full refund. Update your understanding."

Me: "That is unfair."

Creality Store: "As we told you, your address logistics cannot be delivered. Got it?"

Me: "Why do you have an option to sell this product with shipping to Cyprus then? It is not my fault. You are free to cancel this order if you cannot ship it."

Creality Store: "We didn't tell you that your address can't be delivered? Is there something wrong with you? Who told you about our products in Cyprus? Our warehouse is in Europe, Germany, understand?"

Furthermore, I would like to point out that the product I attempted to purchase is still available on your store with free shipping to Cyprus, but now at an increased price of 40 EUR. Cyprus is an integral part of the European Union, and I believe that I should be entitled to the same terms and conditions as any other customer within the EU.

Unterirdisch schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Kunden. Diese besteht aus übersetzten Textbausteinen. Niemand wird verstehen was ein deutscher Kunde im Shop erfragt. Auch die Telefonnummer auf dem Paket ein Fake...Zudem hält das Produkt nicht was es verspricht.

Awful ordered a 3d printer, it has never worked straight out the box. Companies return policy is non existent, have sent over 30 emails asking to return the printer. They just keep asking me unbox its and try a different solution. All you get is copied and pasted responses, ordered it from the UK site and dispatch centre, have had to file a paypal claim to get the money back, creality have you over a barrel, as the returns centre is China even though it was boucht and dispatched from the UK. Would cost a fortune to send it back to China . I would avoid at all costs, am still dealing with PayPal to try and recover the money.

Achtung! Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen. Mails werden nicht beantwortet. Habe den Creality Scanner CR01 gekauft. Das Teil funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Geldzurück Garantie 14 Tage ist völlig wertlos da ja keine Mails beantwortet werden. Ich werde wirklich jedem der mich nach diesem Shop fragt abraten dort etwas zu kaufen. Paypal ist angeblich auch machtlos, da ja Ware versendet wurde. Ich habe übrigends wiederholt 3 verschiedene Mailadressen angeschrieben, jedoch alles ohne Erfolg.

Haben einen defekten CR-M4 bekommen und sonst kommt nichts von Creality, man wird im stich gelassen und man sitzt auf einen defekten 3D Drucker. Werden diese Firma auf keinen Fall mehr empfehlen oder sonstiges.... Finger weg

I received an Ender 5 Pro printer which had a little damage in shipping becuase it didn't get packed right. Brea in support worked hard and communicated with me well to help me get this issue corrected. I now have a printer printing wonderful. Thank you Brea, for all your help and extra effort on my part.

I purchased a Ender 5 pro, upon arrival the printer would not work. I contacted Bree and I was sent the parts to repair it. Overall I would definitely buy from creality 3d again.

Bree helped diagnosis my problem with my first Ender-5 Pro. The power switch was set in the 220 volt instead of the 110.

Bought a Sermoon D1 printer that arrived damaged. Creality does not support their printers and customer service is awful. Have waited almost 3 months for replacement parts to even get the printer to run. Now poor quality after being pretty good. Avoid this company as their printers and support are terrible.

Upgraded my Endor 3 to the newest board and touch screen and had problem finding firmware. Creality 3D was great at getting me to the right place and helping with the firmware. Got my machine up and running in no time. I wish all companies cared about there customers as Creality does. Keep up the good work Creality. I now own a Creality Endor 3, halot-one and a halot-light. Cr -10 is next on the list.

customer service available and a very pleasant person, I recommend

I have purchased two machines from Creality3d. A CR-10 V2 and recently a CR-10s Pro V2. In both cases the machines were exactly as described and I couldn’t be more pleased with these printers. The second machine was clearly designated as used but carried the full Creality one year warranty. When I needed assistance with this machine, Bree in customer service was excellent. She communicated frequently and fully resolved my problems within two days.
I have three 3D printers, all Creality. Their community Is huge and with the exceptional service received from Bree in customer support, I cannot imagine purchasing any other brand.

Everything worked as it should. Fast delivery and also the fact that the seller made sure that the product arrived.
