Excellent Silk Quality and Professional Service
I had an excellent experience with Creasilk while developing a custom silk scarf sample for my brand.
The silk quality, texture and finishing were beautiful. I was particularly impressed by the accurate colour reproduction and how well the subtle artistic details of my design appeared in the final print.
Communication with Mirko was consistently professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process.

Esperienza estremamente deludente con Creasilk. Dopo una prima e-mail di contatto, ho richiesto di parlare con un membro del loro team per approfondire la collaborazione. Da quel momento sono stata completamente ghostata. Nonostante diversi follow-up, non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta.
Un comportamento decisamente poco professionale e irrispettoso del tempo altrui. Anche una semplice risposta negativa sarebbe stata preferibile al silenzio totale. Pessima esperienza.

Creasilk transformed one of my original paintings into a collection of luxury silk scarves, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. The quality of the silk, the color reproduction, the hand-rolled edges, and the overall craftsmanship are exceptional.
Mirko was professional, responsive, and attentive throughout the process. The scarves arrived from Italy beautifully produced and in perfect condition. Seeing my artwork translated so faithfully into Italian silk was an extraordinary experience.

Questa è stata la prima volta in assoluto che ho provato a creare una sciarpa di seta, come regalo di Natale per mia moglie. Il servizio clienti di Creasilk mi ha fornito ottimi consigli e mi ha tenuto aggiornato sui progressi della produzione. Nice product but horrible experience and extremely long process
It takes up to 10 days to get an answer (and i never got a response to shipping costs to France) . Costs were announced at 48 euros and i ended up paying 107 euros because of shipping costs to switzerland.
To make things complete, i’ve never seen any provider writing to me a mail in FULL CAPS and a rude tone. Unprofessional.
The product is fine (after 2 months) but very unpleasant experience.

thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; however, we would like to clarify some factual points for transparency.
The purchase was made independently on our website, where the product price of 48 € (VAT excluded) was clearly displayed. Shipping costs are always calculated separately, as they vary depending on the destination country — this is standard practice in e-commerce and was clearly visible during checkout before payment.
During the order process, a Swiss delivery address was entered, not a French one. For this reason, international shipping costs to Switzerland were automatically applied by the system.
A refund was requested on December 4th without a valid reason, at a time when the scarf had already been printed. For custom-made products, refunds are not applicable once production has started.
Regarding the artwork, we would like to clarify that we were the ones asking the customer to provide a better and correct file, as the initial file sent was not suitable for printing. This inevitably caused delays.
Concerning timing: the order was placed on November 7th and completed on December 15th, which does not correspond to a two-month production time, especially considering the repeated requests needed to obtain a print-ready file.
As for communication, we firmly reject the claim of rude or unprofessional behavior. All our replies were polite, factual, and aimed at resolving the situation, even when the same issues were raised multiple times without technical or commercial basis.
We are pleased that the final product quality was appreciated, as it reflects our commitment to high-quality Made in Italy silk production.
That said, we regret that the overall experience was perceived negatively and take note of your comments.
