I ordered a pet portrait for a family friend. we were all over the moon the way they captured the beautiful photo of Ruby. 🥲.
Great quality print, the service was 100%. You send a message explaining what you would like. I paid the extra to see portrait first which I think is a very good idea. They did everything to my message definitely would use again. Thank you to the team. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I recently ordered a pet portrait of our golden retriever, who we sadly lost in October. The portrait was received in just 2 days and is absolutely stunning. Thank you so much Laura, your work is amazing and we are so very happy with our purchase xx

In today’s world, it is unfortunately far more common for people to highlight poor service or leave negative feedback than it is to recognise excellence. In my view, however, it is far more important to celebrate and share truly exceptional service and outstanding quality products.

From my very first contact with Created by Magic , even before placing an order , through to the delivery of the final pieces, the customer service has been nothing short of exceptional and quite simply the best I have experienced. There were no chatbots in sight; every enquiry was answered promptly, thoroughly, and by a real person ; a superhuman called Laura. The personal touch offered by Created by Magic is genuinely refreshing and reassuring.

This outstanding service is matched by an equally outstanding product. The quality of the prints is superb , beautifully produced and finished to an exceptionally high standard. I ordered two pet portraits and could not be happier with the result. I only wish I had discovered Created by Magic sooner, as a portrait of my niece and her partner would have made a truly special and memorable wedding gift.

Whether for a wedding, anniversary, pet portrait, or any other meaningful occasion, I cannot recommend Created by Magic highly enough. The combination of exceptional service and exquisite craftsmanship sets them apart.

I ordered a pet memorial portrait following the sad loss of our 23 year old cat. It is absolutely beautiful, I would describe the look as ethereal, a stunning way to remember her. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone, it would also make a perfect gift. Thank you very much, excellent service and prompt delivery, too!

I can only say if you want beautiful artwork on quality stationery with exceptional service, then Created by Magic is the only choice to make. I researched many many companies for my daughters wedding and only Created by Magic matched my vision and expectations. The stationery was so beautiful! Laura was just a pleasure to deal with and answered my many questions with patience and understanding. I wanted an illustration of our village church to be a feature on all the stationery and Laura was only too pleased to accommodate this. When we had a last minute change to the place settings and seating plan with only a week to go, Laura was fantastic and got the changes to me within that week. I can't thank her enough for her thoughtful service. Guests still comment on the invitations, which set the tone and vibe for the wedding.
Thank you Laura.

I’ve bought from this company 4 times before my most recent purchase, my most recent purchase being a picture of a pet that was taken in the 90’s. Laura assured me she would try her best to make the print, and within 24 hours of placing my order she had drawn up not one, but two previews for me to review. I thought the best about this company when purchasing the previous 4 and the customer service has made this experience so much better for me. All the portraits I’ve ordered have been truly fantastic quality on lovely paper and sent with care. This is the ONLY company I would order from for our treasured pet portraits - thank you SO much!

Ordered a portrait of my boy Brodie after he passed a few weeks ago. The order arrived quickly and communication was great. I am so pleased with my order. It is a stunning piece and captures him so well. Thank you so much

Never received my order. Placed a order and over a month later never received tracking. Then they try to gaslight you. I would stay far away from this company seems like a scam that they’ll take your money and not ship your item. Almost had to get my bank involved and CS took way too long to reply

What a brilliant company. 100% recommended. The customer service was excellent which is so rare! They go above and beyond and the finished product is incredible. Thrilled. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you xx

I presented this company with a problem which many may not have solved, researching and tinkering with an image then producing a high quality print.
Not only did they do this but all within 4 days when the print was delivered to my home address. Excellent "outside the box" service, thanks again.

Absolutely brilliant service. Ordered the picture of our dog MAGIC on the Saturday, had a proof by Tuesday and picture hung on the wall be the Thursday !
Truly Magic !

Brilliant. I had a less than ideal photo of my sisters cat, which has been turned into a beautiful digitally painted portrait. I'd previously had a picture of my sister on her horse done by Created by Magic, so I had confidence in their finished product. Having said that the supplied photo was awful, but they have worked their magic on it. If you want an excellent value pet portrait created, look no further, you really won't be disappointed.

THIS IS REAL. I REPEAT, THIS IS REAL. The black mirror is real, the black mirror is really powerful, effective and 100% reliable. My name is Walter Brian, I want to thank Dada Magical for giving his black mirror to me. Since he gave me his black mirror, I became rich, successful, protected, informed and powerful. I was browsing through the internet one day when I saw multiple testimonies on how Dada Magical has helped so many people with his black mirror. I thought it was a joke at first but I gave it a try and contacted him. He sold the black mirror to me and told me how to use it and all that I need to do. I followed the instructions just as he told me and to my greatest surprise, it worked just as he told me. The black mirror is still working for me. The mirror also brings good luck, blessings and information. Contact Dada Magical now on his email; Dadablackmirrors@ gmail.com and he will help you also with the black mirror just the same way he helped me. Thank you Great Dada Magical.

Laura was brilliant and provided all of our wedding stationary. We bought save the dates, invitations, signage and table numbers from her. All the stationary was initially customised to our own design with a water colour working of our venue on the stationary too. Everything was personalised, presented well and delivered with a smile. Thank you so much!

Very helpful as the initial picture was too dark, very prompt and the quality is amazing! The watercolour is exactly my baby girl. Thank you so much, I love it!

I have just received my portrait. I am
Absolutely speechless. It’s incredible. My friend is going to adore it. If you need a horse or any animal portrait, don’t look any further than these guys because the work is perfection

The final copy of my dog's watercolour looked absolutely stunning. I set my Dog up on a white background, with bright white overhead and side lighting when I took the photos of my Dog, and I think maybe that helped.
I paid extra for the proof copy, which was well worth it, and I absolutely recommend purchasing a proof copy before the final picture is printed, as It took a few times, and a few small adjustments to get the end result of the digital watercolour just right. The staff were more than happy to help me no matter how small the adjustments were.

Overall, the Created by magic website was easy to use, although a few of the options could have been made clearer, for example, where I can find the size of the picture needed? and what the ideal indoor plain background and indoor lighting of the photo would be to get the 'best result' of a digital watercolour. It seems that only examples of pictures with a complicated background are given, which may not necessarily give the expected perfect look for the final result.

I was really surprised at the speed of the delivery of my pictures, 3 days start to finish, including proof and adjustments. The whole experience with created by magic was absolutely 'magic', and I highly recommend them.
A stunning end result.

Best ever!!! They went out of their way to make my grandads memorial portrait everything we could’ve wished for! I would 100000% recommended them!! Thank you again for going the extra mile for us ❤️

Great advice when choosing photos, friendly service and great final product.
Thank you 🙂

Order my second portrait a few days ago and it arrived to day. It stunning!! I absolutely love it thank you so much.
I ordered my first portrait at the begining of the year and that too was lovely. I highly recommend
