I contacted this company as being comparatively near me geographically and went to see their Shop in Loughton, We missed it on a drive-by and had there not been a parking space might well have driven off. That would, as it turns out, been a great loss. Their site visit was informative and knowledgeable and didn't feel like a sales pitch and every effort was made to include our requirements/wishes. Having agreed the design we were given a written quotation to confirm the details and delivery was quoted as 5/6 weeks and a variety of payments were offered. We chose cash up front which came with a £250 discount.
I should say here that the quote was competitive like for like. At 5 weeks I contacted Lex enquiring about delivery and was given a date one week hence, exactly 6 weeks from ordering. On the day two men arrived to fit the blind. I have to say that two more diligent and capable workmen would be hard to find. They took time to explain exactly what was proposed and we discussed how the wiring would be concealed. I'm not sure if they had another job to go but they worked steadily over the next three hours, refusing refreshment, until the job was finished to their satisfaction and indeed ours.
I can't of course guarantee that this will be everyone's experience but if they can please me, AKA Victor Meldrew, it's a good place to start.

Ours was an unusual fitting, but the installation was carried out on the day very quickly and efficiently. The fitters took exceptional care, and seemed genuinely invested in ensuring our exterior blind was installed optimally. The end result is every bit as good as what you see on the website.

From the initial visit to installation I was very impressed with the service provided. I was seeking the best option to keep out the intense summer heat and external shutters were not permitted due to block regulations. Harry showed me the options and we went with a concertina type blind that sits in a frame and provides the next best thing with its internal reflecting material. I had some follow up questions and the office staff were very helpful in addressing these. Harry did a grand job installing the blinds especially in the small room where it was a tricky space to work in. The blinds look great and take up less space than expected when fully open. Altogether a seamless service from start to finish. Would definitely use them again.

Garden awning has been fitted and I love it! Lex blinds have been so professional & helpful throughout. From first contact with Sandra, to house visit for measurements & advice with one of their experts, to fitting of bespoke awning and completion of works. I was kept informed and all timescales were adhered too. Clean, tidy professional fitters and the awning looks amazing. Lex blinds have fitted 3 blinds for me and I can’t fault them. They measure up, blind is made and they return to fit them. I am really happy with the blinds they have made a huge improvement. All Lex staff have been super helpful too. I will be ordering some more blinds from them soon

This is about the fifth time we have used Lex Blinds and every time we have received an excellent service from start of picking Blinds, been kept advised by Sandra in office to the insulation of the blinds.
This latest insulation was no exception and we are very happy with the shutter blinds and the fitters whom completed this insulation without any problems, so I would not have any hesitation in recommending this company

so black out blind with mosquito net and they fitted it well and it looks great too.

We recently had external electric security blinds installed by LEX Blinds, and the service was excellent. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the installation efficiently. The blinds look strong, operate smoothly and provide both security and shade. Overall, a very reliable service and a product we are extremely happy with.

I mainly ordered blinds for the back of my house, along with curtains for one room. I was given an initial quote, but they kindly offered a better price to help fit my budget, which I really appreciated.

The customer service was great from start to finish. Sandra was very quick to reply to my emails and was always helpful and friendly.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the bedroom curtains took a little longer to arrive than initially advised and there was a small issue with the colour of the blinds. However, this was sorted out within a couple of weeks and I’m happy with the final result.

Marek, who fitted the blinds, was very pleasant and easy to have around the house, which always makes a difference when you’re having work done at home.

Very awkward shaped triangle window with 'flat' top. Offered only shutters by other companies, or told that blinds would not work at all. Samantha was very efficient in arranging a measurement survey and the surveryor was very knowledgeable and able to describe the system very clearly to us. Most importantly offering us an option which other companies could not do. Fitting duo were very friendly, efficient, helpful, neat and tidy. The blinds are fabulous, battery operated with a remote, all of which has been clearly explained. Highly recommend as the provider of a solution others shied away from!

I have just has some shutters installed in my house by Lex Blinds. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and they came when they said they would and did what they said they were going to do!
The shutters look lovely and work well. Obviously I can't yet vouch for the shutters as they have only just been installed but if all goes well then I can imagine other members of my family will be asking for shutters on their bedrooms and if so, I will certainly go back to Lex blinds to get this done!

I came across Lex Blinds on my social media feed as I was looking for insect blinds for a top floor bedroom and my garden patio door. After some basic research I saw that the feedback from customers was positive so booked for them to give me a quote. The surveyor who came out to me was knowledgeable and helpful. I proceeded to place an order and the goods were delivered for installation on time. Through no fault of theirs, the factory delivered the wrong blind so unfortunately this set us back by 4 /5 weeks. For the inconvenience caused to us Lex kindly refunded us a significant amount of money. The product was fitted later than we would have liked, but it was fitted by two very professional technicians who were polite, friendly and clearly very experienced. All the admin staff were also friendly and polite, and demonstrated a genuine desire to help. The finished product is of a high quality and standard and comes with a warranty.
