Right from the start, I had no issue ordering the sofas. Payment went through, delivery details were slightly off but corrected withing 5 mins with customer service. They arrived promptly on the day. Most best service I've ever experienced.

Customer service kept me informed of delivery timing and sent me picture of my sofa before dispatch

I ordered the chandelier “Metal Ceiling Hung Fixtures Vintage Candle Pendant Lighting for Living Room”. After weeks of waiting it finally arrived and looked nothing like the photo advertised on their website. The base was a different shape and the color was advertised as gold but what I received was yellow. There were wires sticking out of the chandelier arms with no instructions on how to put it together. I politely asked for a refund because it’s the wrong shape, color and without instructions. They refused and only offered 10-20% of the selling price for me to keep it. I was scammed. They lied about a refund full refund. I threw this useless yellow disassembled light fixture in the garage.

The bathroom vanity is everything I hoped for it is just so beautiful and of great quality. Thank you!

Absolut unsagbare teure Deckenlampen. Ich dachte sie kommen aus der USA, aber sie kamen direkt aus China. Die Verpackung völlig untragbar. Mit 100 Metern Klebeband, 3facher Stryroporbox und viel Pappe. Völlig überzogen, braucht man 30 Minuten zum Auspacken. Darin viele Einzelteile einer Lampe. Gänzlich ohne ein Prüfzeichen und nur eine schlechte Kopie einer Montageanleitung, alles in chinesisch. Eine sichere Deckenbefestigung ist nicht möglich. Dieses Produkt mit Wert eines Bruchteil wandert sofort in den Müll

They even agreed to custom make the dimensions I was looking for.

The whole process right from choosing the lights to receiving them was so easy.

I recently purchased the 3 + 2 seater and footstool set and I have to say that the colour was so lovely and the sofas were also quite comfortable. John made the entire process very easy and stress-free.

After 3 long months or so wait time, the table came with no guide on how to assemble! Worse that that it said sintered stone in the description bit it is one hundred person porcelain the cheapest material out there!! I spent $1600 on the table stupidly thinking it’s coming from Uk as it looks it in the site, but to my surprise, it came straight from China!! If I want cheap s#*! looking table, I would have went to Alibaba my self and bought from there!! Scam, stay far away!

Ordered a stool from them at the beginning of June and it is now mid August, still haven't received it. Createwhite customer service said (after a month and half of waiting) it was making its way to Vancouver by boat and would be picked up by UPS once it arrived. Tracking shows the boat landed in Vancouver, went to Seattle and is now on its way to Korea! UPS label was created but no updates on status so it must never have been picked up. No updates from Createwhite regarding delays. I'm requesting a refund. This was suppose to be a sample and if appealing I was going to order 5 more but who has 3 months to wait for a stool! Ridiculous !
