I ordered a bounce house for Christmas and they send me 2 marbles. Absolutely disgusted with them. There is no way to even report this on their website. Luckily I paid with PayPal and PayPal refunded me the money and are disputing the charge with them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! MY ITWM SAYS DELIVERED NOW IM BLOCKED AND NO DELIVERY!! SCAMMERS luckily we paid on credit card so we should get the cash back! Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered!

If I could give a "No Star" rating, I would. Also scammed out of 2 digital screens.

Very disappointed. I have tried to email to find out more about my orders, however the email does not work. Now heading to my bank to dispute the charge.

Afraid I got scammed on this one too. Ordered an electric ratchet wrench from trusted brand called “Vessel”. Item had not arrived but got sms notification that address was hard to read and got bogus link to fraudulent site asking for credit card details. Did not fall for this but soon my “shop” app notified me parcel was delivered. I hope they get fire bombed like in Jason Strahan film Beekeeper

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SITE, ordered an electronic bin for £35 and received a screw and a marble, luckily my bank has got involved. This site needs serious investigating

I brought a mirror daily planner for £29.00 all I got in the post was a marble total scammers how do report these scum bags, just want my money back. They come on your bank details as avass.

Rating - I can't even give one star. Absolutey disgusting that this website is stealing potential customers hard earned money. They should be ashamed of themselves. Surely the trading standards should be looking into this - if potential fraudsters are taking £35 of each customers with no goods, how can this be right? Shame on you

Like many others before me, I wish I had done my due diligence before ordering with this company. I paid £35 for the dual compartment bin on 28/12/25. Today I received a package of 3 screws! I tried to email to complain, the email bounced back as undelivered.

Lesson learned!!

Total SCAMMERS. I ordered the digital calander, it said it had been delivered during the week when it hadn't. Today I received a marble and a screw from them. Their email address just bounces back when you email them. AVOID at all costs.

Geez I thought it was to good to be true the product and sure enough it was. What a bunch of scammers. Of I got to get my money back you thieves.

Stay away from this site tried to contact them about my order ordered a car diagnostic scanner got 3 screws in a bag delivered today .tried contacting them email was denied luckily I went through my bank to claim the money back

Absolute total and utter SCAM please keep clear of this company I’ve been waiting on my bins since November I emailed them just before Christmas as there was still no tracking they asked me to wait another 2wks so I did and tried to email again and surprise surprise no email exists

Same as others, will try and get back from my bank.
Think this was the site that must have taken my back details and tried to use them too, was alerted by HSBC thankfully who had stopped transactions and cancelled my card.
Be aware people!!
Annoyingly I never usually order from a social media add, note to self!!

Don’t forget to report this on line via Action Fraud so they can see the extent of the scam and try and shut them down.

Like a million others I’ve only just read the reviews and wish I had read them earlier. Please do not buy anything they are scammers I paid £35 for a twin bin I never received! I contacted them twice by email and didn’t hear from them once. I feel like such an idiot.

Scam site ordered a bin for £35 said it was delivered on 11/01/25 nothing was delivered but today I received a marble and a nut DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I ordered through the shop app also had no response to rectify the issue.
