THIS IS A SCAM SITE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered from the advert on Faceebook and the product never arrived and I have now lost money - report this ad to FACEbook or wherever you see this company name.

There is no other way of contacting them other than email and I have had no response from them despite five emails

Total scam. They sent me a package with 2 marbles in it, when I ordered a OBD2 car code reader. No way to get a refund. They don’t answer emails.

This is a scam site, i bought a bouncy house and got tracking which never came. I contacted the company and they said they have insurance on each order and will follow up with them and get back to me. When i followed up the email, they blocked me and i cant send any emails to them anymore. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I dont know how tiktok is allowing them to post ads!

Order never received. Total scammers. Ordered kitchen bin never received
Got 2 marbles instead.

As I can now see, this company are scammers. Ordered and paid for a product, but never received. Wish I knew of someway of letting people know in advance that Instagram are advertising this unscrupulous scammer

Ordered a bouncy castle for my 18month old. Waited nearly a month and today received 2 marbles in the post.

I ordered the simple human bin as a Christmas present. Tracking app says delivered - it hasn't. I have emailed the tracking company and they say there is nothing they can do. When I chased creative they replied saying sorry they would send it again - I asked for the tracking number and surprise they haven't replied. I have also sent an email to tik tok as they are ripping people off left right and centre. I paid by PayPal so I will see if I can get my money back. Tiktok please block them!!!

This is a scam company. They sent me 3 screw in the post so I had a tracking number so thought my item was being sent. Do not buy from this company but if you already have, contact your payment provider to get a refund. I am lucky i paid with PayPal and got an instant refund.

TikTok should not be allowing ads for this scam of a company. Ordered a small bouncy castle for my child’s birthday and I received 2 MARBLES! Atrocious. Stay away and do not order.

Like others I ordered a bumper car for my grandchild and eventually received x3 tiny little screws.
No communication since and many complaint emails sent.
Total scam and not refunding.

This is a scam site!!!!! They will tell you the package has been delivered when it hasn't and you won't get your money back

Never got my products and they refuses to give me my money back.

Wow where to start…. This whole company is a front for scamming money from innocent people. It’s china based even though the company is Europe registered. You will NOT receive anything you have ordered, there have even been cases where a single screw has been delivered to make it look like they have delivered an item. Complaints have also been made to Shopify as that’s the host for this dodgy company. Do not expect any communication from them once they have your money. How they are still trading on Shopify is just a joke. They are also advertising on both tik tok and facebook. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! For those who have unfortunately already been scammed, contact your bank and they will reverse charges as they are aware of the scam.

This company are just scammers. I ordered two bins in good faith got nothing well I did three screws maybe there sending bit by bit what a joke.

It is a scam they dont send it to you My tracking says delivered but it has not ben delivered here i have cameras i AM going to report this company it is so not okay

Scammers! Item did not arrive. they then give me a tracking number which when it arrived was 3 screws not the double bin I paid £35 for! Profesional scammers.... avoid!

Like most of these reviews I received 3 screws rather than the items I ordered.

Ordered a bumper car gift in November. I have had responses to emails yet each one a load of rubbish about transit and sending gifts to apologise.
Requested a refund more than 3 times!!
