We’ve had a good experience with Credify RCM. They’re responsive, explain things in plain language, and actually handle issues instead of letting them sit. Claims move faster, problems get fixed, and we’re not constantly chasing updates anymore.

They also provide clear reporting, which makes it easier to see what’s going on without having to dig or ask for it.

Overall, they have made billing a lot less stressful. Would recommend if you want something that just works.
