Afraid of what they’re gonna do next

Unfortunately, I am very gullible. I am a widow age 61 and I’m trying to get out of trouble. I thought that I was doing the right thing by giving them my information after all my information was given. The company told me that they cannot process my application at this time. That means they have all my information and now I am really afraid that they’re gonna use my Social Security number to do something illegal. The only thing I could think of doing is to notify the federal trait commission and reporting them. I’m gonna stay on top of my credit reports to make sure that they don’t try to pull something on me.

CRS Credit API Company set us up and…

CRS Credit API Company set us up and took money for money s and months when we started to question there staff about fake users they stated there management syste was on beta and we would not have access to delete users always then they started to bill us over $1000 a month for months and months without offering any way of deleting its fake users thats CRS is charging us for when I tried to get help regarding this CRS got very upset and kicked us out I lost 2 years of worm and now are app is stuck for almost 6 months loosing all are using because of CRS Credit On top of that they continue to charge us even after disconnecting us and are using LAWYERS to use scare tactics to HUSH US UP - THEY ARE VERY UNETHICAL AND DOING THINGS HIGHLY ILLEGAL THEY MAKE MILLIONS YEARLY AT THIS POINT I NEED EVEYONES HELP IF YOUR A VICTIM TO CRS CREDIT API POST YOUR REVIEWS DO BBB REPORTS AND RIP OFF REPORTS NON STOP. THEY ARE NON STOP TRYING TO SCARE US FROM TELLING THE TRUTH THEY TOOK THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM US AND DISCONNECTED US AND NOW ARE NOT RETURNING OUR MONEY - ME AND MY WIFER JUST HAD A BABY CRS CREDIT API LITERALLY KICKED US OUT ONT HE STREET WITH OUR APP AND ARE CONCEPT THAT WAS WORKING AND LEFT US WITHOUT MONEY FOR EVEN FOOD FOR OUR BABY PLEASE HELP !!! EXPOSE CRS AND THERE STAFF .

Garbage company. I made arrangements
Yesterday for this upcoming Friday at a set amount . Today I get an email saying I owe 60 dollars more. Maria is a bully and mafia style extortion to get their money. Please I urge anyone to stay away from this crooked company.

Refund My Money, Please!

I have tried three times to contact someone via email, but to no avail. The voice message states that we are to contact them, but when I used that, it came back as non delivery for mail system, so I tried the other one credit.com, and I have not heard from any one. I have not given anyone permission to debit my account for $24.99. Honestly, I don't even know who this is. I've email and left my contact number, asking someone to call, text or email me concerning this matter and I have heard absolutely nothing. I just want them to refund me my $24.99 back.

My wife and I was charged 3 times on the same day as our 7 day free trial. We cancelled immediately, then tried to remove our cards from their system, but it wouldn't let us. Now after reading numerous posts about Credit.com charging people over and over after cancellation is getting us worried. I hate filing fraud disputes and closing a card out, but it looks like this is the route we have to take. Shame on this company! It's probably ran by Indian scammers like every other tech company out there now. America is going to hell.

A scamming company

I am now getting multiple spam emails from various sources. I would sue them for breach of privacy.

Do not use this scam of a company

Do not use this scam of a company. Unlike Experian Boost, this company will not count the entire history of your utilities that you add. Experian Boost serves really well to boost your credit because it is adding accounts that have years of good history. When using this scam company, it will appear to your credit as if you opened brand new accounts and damage your credit. Instead of boosting it, my credit immediately dropped by 20 points. More importantly, they do not initially report it to the credit bureaus as utility bills which is also damaging. These are all vile lies. They do this in an attempt to force you to stay with them. I asked them to completely remove the accounts from my report and they would not. I reported them to the bureau as inaccurate information and they said it was fine. The account types did get changed which mostly fixed the damage, but it still showed that I immediately opened and then closed 2 accounts. I did not want to spend the time or money pursuing legal actions for false information. It fixed itself after so many months. final thoughts, STAY AWAY. Stick with Experian boost (which is free). This scam company is only after your money.

Beware!

Beware!! I would go Credit Karma, or Credit Sesame instead!! VERY hard to reach anyone there because they don't offer phone support, of ANY kind. Also, if you forget to cancel your free trial, they will charge you, and NOT give you a refund, even if it's only a few hours after they charge you. I've forgotten to cancel with other, more reputable companies before, explained the situation, and always got a refund. My mistake totally, yes, but, if you MAY forget to cancel, don't do it!!

Is there a data breach?

There site has been down for 5 days. Can't log in or contact anyone. Site shows down "for maintenance". I pay for this service and it's the first time I have ever had any site down for 5 days. Could this have been a data breach and they are not telling anyone. These third party financial sites are not a good idea as I am finding out. Instead of my information being in one place it's at 2,3 maybe 4 places. It increases your chances of being hacked, information stolen and yes loss of funds. Credit.com is not saying anything. Was there a data breach? Is my information secure? Am I going to be hacked?

After signing up with credit.com I received my credit score, however after 1 month I no longer received updates. I contacted support services regarding this issue but they were not able to assist, therefore after several months went by I closed my account. I keep getting spam emails from credit.com. I contacted support services to unsubscribe me from receiving emails, several times, but my requests have gone ignored.

Credit.com assessment

My experience with Credit.com has been excellent. It contains valuable information on how to get and maintain good credit through valuable sources. The checks and balances system with connecting to banks and other federal institutions to increase credit eligibility through bill pay is secure and helpful as well.

A lot of features for one great price

While others offer additional services or features at additional cost Credit offers some of those at one price. I recently found out that there are about 28 credit scores depending on what you're shopping for. Credit cards, vehicles, and general loans, etc. With the 3 bureaus. I'm glad I found them and discontinued my services with 2 other companies. Their site is easy to navigate through and you can see where you stand. They're are helpful in ways in raising your score, too. I highly recommend them

THEY GOT ME AGAIN!!! 12/20/2024 FRAUDULENT COMPANY! BEWARE

Like many other reviews, I have had the same experience. I canceled this service and they are still charging my account $24.99. I literally had to contact my bank and have them block future charges. This company is FRAUDULENT.
** UPDATE** Well it happened again! Credit.com has charged my bank account $24.99 on December 20th 2024. Now I have to request a new debit card in the middle of the holiday season with items pending. I wonder if I can sue because this is ridiculous. Why do I have to be inconvenienced by a company that is fraudulently charging people's accounts. This is years later that you're pulling this crap again. Do not sign up for any free trials or anything with these people. They are thieves. Now I have to go back and see how many times this may have happened since I spoke to my bank. 12/24/2024

Paid the fee to have them report utilities and rent payments. Linked my account and apparently they couldn't find a Single payment. STAY AWAY-SCAM

With BuildIt, we help you get your rent and utility payments reporting as a trade line to both major credit bureaus TransUnion and Equifax, using your payment history from your financial institution.

Once you’ve linked your financial institution, the system will verify and pick up the payments you have been making towards rent and utilities. Once payments are verified, they’re sent to the bureaus to be added to the reports. This process can take up to 7 business days. All future payments that are made to these trade lines are typically updated within 24 hours.
