Our account manager demonstrated strong knowledge of Creditsafe’s core tools, especially business credit reports, company monitoring, and how those reports support credit decisions and collections workflows.
He clearly explained how real‑time company monitoring can alert us to changes in customers’ credit scores, payment behavior, and risk indicators, which is critical for our company to stay ahead of accounts.
He also outlined how we could use ledger/receivables analysis to prioritize collections and improve cash flow, tying features directly to our use case rather than speaking in abstract terms.
Every time we meet we learn and utilize Creditsafe features more efficiently.
