A wealth of information is available to help make informed decisions when allowing a customer credit. We have used Creditsafe for a number of years and always use their system when setting up a new customer account.

PLEASE NOTE WHATEVER PRICE THEY GIVE YOU IS FALSE. They offered the same package they offer to everyone to me for £300 + VAT.
It started of at £2400 + VAT for 12 months.
Then £1500 + VAT for 12 months
furthermore, they offered a £300 discount.
Did not proceed.

They then offered £500 , a written agreement was made via email however i did not discuss this with my partner. My fault for making a part payment

They took a part payment of £250 nett. After reading the terms and conditions it clearly states that i must log in to the services and accept the T&C's, if i have not i should have every right to cancel. However their T&C's are one sided! It states that a written agreement via email is not how this solidifies the contract and they still wont refund me.

After a discussion with my partner he decided that we will not need the services they offer.
So I asked for a refund.
They have not and will not refund me even though i have not used there services / logged in / signed or ticked their terms and conditions.

They then reduced the £500 bill down to £300 + the VAT. This was all so Scott-adam Thompson could go on holiday with his team as he needed one more sale. Katie Ellis has been no help either and the same with Emma Thomas and the creditsafe help UK team.
They still have my money after i offered them an admin fee for wasting there time. I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND PLEASE AS I HAVE NOT USED THE APP, NOT LOGGED IN OR EVEN TICKED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IF ANYONE IS GOING TO USE THEIR SERVICES MAKE SURE TO GET THE LOWEST PRICE THEY OFFER. THERE APP IS ONLY WORTH £25 +vat A MONTH. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE SALES TEAM.

Credit safe is a must for any business as losing money owed can be catastrophic to any business especially small businesses.

Credit safe is not only easy to deal with but there staff are extremely pleasant and helpful.

Creditsafe is a great asset to our business, giving us an insight into companies behaviours and whether it is safe to do business with them prior to engaging/committing to working with them.

Recently we’ve had an Account Manager called Baillie, the service we have received from her so far is quick, precise and knowledgable, she continues to find ways of streamlining our processes and ensuring that we’re on the right package without the sales techniques.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service we have recently received from Creditsafe. Our company relies on your platform daily for essential AML checks, and we were significantly impacted when our subscription expired without prior warning.
I spent three days attempting to resolve this matter, but I found the conduct of the Accounts Manager and Admin Manager to be highly unprofessional. Despite their roles, I found it impossible to reach them, as they were consistently unavailable due to meetings, phone calls, or breaks.
Given the lack of communication and the difficulty in resolving this issue, I can no longer recommend your services.

I have been using Creditsafe for number of years now. I find the services/ communication/ information very useful and easy to understand. I mainly use the service to assess credit worthiness of companies applying for credit with us.
