Which Credit Secrets Website?
I was confused as to the website I should log into as a member, but Vanessa set me straight. She sent a link to my email wherin I could gain access to Credit Secrets. She also advised me to make a personal record of the website address so I can continue working it in the future, which I did. She was very helpful and informative. Five star rating!!

The support I received was very good
The support I received was very good. I couldn’t purchase the Automator when I signed up, so I wrote an email to the support team. They got back to me first thing in the morning, of the very next business day. The rep listened to my problem and helped me through process of getting the Automator and made sure I had it downloaded and it was ready to use.

Daniel listened
Daniel listened. He heard me say that in 2023 when I first got started with Credit Secret, my husband passed and this caused a setback for me taking the steps toward raising my credit score. So, when I explained to Daniel that I did not want to go through any hard navigating clicks to secure previous purchased products, he took time to explain how to get to each section and then, helped me to get there. Had a problem with my billing
Had a problem with my billing, but Leo helped me out and that made me feel okay, but I had lingering questions on this matter. The next day, another rep Ann called me and graciously refunded one of the two charges which made me feel really good about this company. Amazing!
