I ordered a tempered glass case for my Samsung phone. I love the case, but, it is very slippery as it's a metal case and sleek. I dropped it, the glass broke and shattered on both sides. This happened within 30 days. I was told that basically it was my fault, human error; but they'd be willing to send a replacement case for S&H. They want to charge me $20.00! This is after paying $40.00 for the case in the first place! I won't have them send me a replacement, I'll find a different kind of case with a different company. They advertise it as being "shock proof", scratch proof, etc, etc. I accidentally drop my phone, it slipped out of my hand due to the slippery nature of the case. Yes, human error, but really? Doesn't the quality matter? I can't believe that it is just me, not after reading reviews of people dropping their phones over and over and them being just fine. This is terrible customer service, I will not purchase from them again. Pretty angry at the responses I've gotten from customer service. It's just not good customer care. They are gouging people with so much extra cost, super disappointing. I started communication on May 4th, I was responded to over the last few days. I've declined being sent a new case due to the high cost of S&H they want to charge after paying for the expensive case. So, now I'm out $40.00, now I have to buy a new case. Pretty mad!
