As per our return policy, any damage or incorrect item concern must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery (as per courier tracking), along with images/videos. Your order was delivered on 18th May 2026, and your email was received on 09th July 2026 — outside this 3-day window.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes. They seemed fake with threads coming out, seemed like i am buying from a roadside fake store. Shoes were dull with no finishing at all. Btw those were limited edition nikes and New balance. When i complained they said they can arrange for a pick up, cut the thread and return. So I said No. I can cut my threads off. But cant return as they claimed it to be legit. So I did cut them off along with the thread. 30 k wasted. Never buying again from a reseller.

Strong suggestion : DO NOT BUY FROM RESELLER SITES, ESPECIALLY IF THEY DONT OFFER RETURNS.

Horrible customer service. I ordered my product 20 days back . At time of placing the order it was mentioned that it will be delivered within 30 days . Now they are mentioning that it will take 30 days to just ship it . No cancellation is there in policy even though they have not shipped it . DO NOT BUY

Bought the highly awaited Kodak Charmera keychain camera from them for my brother. The packing was good and the product was sealed obviously.. The delivery was fast, it took just 2 days to get from Delhi to Bangalore. Really satisfied.

I don't feel it is right to give this feedback. I ordered a pair of sneakers which are of very poor quality and poor service. Please understand carefully before ordering.

the shoes i ordered look absolutely fake. cannot even return them. such a scam.

I have placed order 40 days ago but I didn't received that yet. Customer service is very irresponsible with the customer.
