It’s a fraud. They have taken the payment and never delivered my products since 45 days now. And they are not even done my refund. Never buy from kicks machine they are fraud.

I placed an order for the Product Name: Michael Kors Mercer Medium Logo and Leather Accordion Crossbody Bag (Pwd Blsh Mlt)
on 27 April 2026 of Rs. 15,999 through the Kicks Machine website. The order has still not been shipped or delivered, and the order status continues to show “Ordered”. After repeated follow-ups, the company informed me that my refund had been initiated on 23 June 2026. However, I have not received the refund in my bank account till date. I have made several attempts to contact the company’s customer support on their number: 9548057414 and email Id,but I have been unable to get any proper response or resolution. They had stopped replying to my emails and their customer support number appears busy all the time. These are scamsters, they take your money and then run away. In my case neither the product was delivered nor refund was given. They said they have initiated the refund but there was no mail/msg related to refund raise number or any other details. Don’t trust these guys and never buy anything from them.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I have still not recievee my refund.

I ordered a pair of Adidas Adizero Evo SL shoes with paid "Instant Shipping". Days passed without any shipment, tracking details, or meaningful updates. After repeated follow-ups, the order was finally cancelled and I was assured that a refund would be processed.

Unfortunately, the poor experience did not end there.

There was no confirmation that the order had been cancelled, no refund confirmation email, no refund reference number, and no clear timeline for when I would receive my money back. Every time I contacted customer support, I was simply told to "wait". The promised timelines kept changing from 4–7 days to 24–48 hours and then again to no definite timeline at all.

To make matters worse, the purchase was linked to an EMI transaction, causing additional stress and uncertainty about upcoming deductions.

The lack of communication, transparency, and accountability has been extremely frustrating. I spent hours trying to reach customer care, and their phone lines were often unreachable.

I would strongly advise buyers to think twice before ordering if timely delivery, customer support, and refund reliability are important to them.

I ordered with kicksmachine in October 2025. The ordered came months later after having to send multiple emails. When the order came it was the wrong product and the company has refused a refund. They are hard to get in touch with and don’t follow international consumer protection principles. Very disappointing company.

I placed an order on 9th November 2025 and till today nor have i recieved the order nor has my partial payment been refunded. They're absolute frauds and unprofessional is an understatement. Please don't make the mistake of ordering from these scamsters! they shamelessly take an advance payment and don't deliver your order and stop replying to your mails as well.
