Informações sobre a empresa
Escrito pela empresa
Crikey Mikey was founded by Michael Irwin, a Chartered Chemist and Scientist, who was frustrated with the poor performance and high cost of outdoor cleaning and garden products. Using his extensive chemical knowledge and working alongside the UK’s Health and Safety Executive, Michael set out to create outdoor solutions that truly work and offer great value for money. Our first products, designed to remove mould, algae, and lichen, impressed everyone—including Michael’s 9-year-old granddaughter, whose excited exclamation, “Crikey Mikey!” gave our brand its name. Today, Crikey Mikey continues to develop innovative products that make maintaining your outdoor spaces simple and effective.

We appreciate your support and the 5-star rating! It means a lot to us!
Second purchase, this year.
I have purchased this many times over the past few years and even though the cost has gone up every year, it is still the best product to remove moss etc and keep it away longer. I have recently purchased more so that I can treat the rest of my patio after the winter.

Wow! We're thrilled you're happy with your purchase. Thanks for the great review!
I ordered extra strong with frostproof
I ordered extra strong with frostproof, what arrived was 20l of professional. I have been told that the product I ordered has been supplied in the wrong bottles as they had no extra strong product bottles?!?!!
Also, the chemical make up of extra strong and professional is exactly the same it turns out by looking at the labels. It's being returned and Ill head down to my local farm store to pick up some sodium hypochlorite for much cheaper.
What a shame, the product worked well but I don't want to trust a chemical distributor who incorrectly labels products.

Hello Christian
We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Upon investigation, we found that at the time of your purchase, we were unfortunately out of stock of the bottles labeled as "Extra Strong," which necessitated the use of our "Professional" bottles instead. This was not a normal occurrence, but we tried to get it delivered to you as soon as possible, instead of waiting a few more days to get more "Extra Strong" bottles before we could pack your order.
Please note that our product is produced and packed in-house, and while some ingredients can be purchased elsewhere, the full formula cannot be achieved with just off-the-shelf products.
We apologise for any confusion this may have caused and thank you for your understanding. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Kind regards
Fabio

Good for 2 years
Bought the 15 l. Knapsack sprayer 2 years ago to replace my hozelock. Apart from the annoying handle that keeps coming off and the this straps that don’t really support the weight, it seemed ok. Much cheaper than hozelock However, 2 years on and the seals are worn. Great, Crikey Mikey provided some spares!! Not the one required! No manual though, can you believe it. Advice:: undue lots of screws!! After 5 hours of frustration and unscrewing I have decided to junk it. Cheap and nasty comes to mind.. don’t waste your £35. Buy a decent make.

Admin and service is lacking but the product is very good.
The product is excellent, however the sales department and customer services are poor.
The website crashed mid order, when I phoned to find out what was going on A man took my order again assuring me it had not been accepted the first time. They did in fact take two payments from my account. Customer services said it would be refunded, it wasn't! What a shambles, it is better to go via Amazon to make a purchase.

Dear Linda P,
We apologise for the inconvenience caused during your recent experience. After an internal investigation, we found that you initially contacted our sister company via telephone, as our company does not offer phone service. To avoid such issues, we've now informed them to verify the customer's origin before proceeding.
Regarding the double payment, we've addressed this with our sister company and ensured that they prioritise your refund urgently.
We deeply value your business and are sorry for the oversight.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we look forward to serving you better in the future.
Sincerely,
Fabio
