We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the residue left on some of the slabs after using our Crikey Mikey Outdoor Cleaning Wizard Professional product. We would like to assure you that the "white staining" is just residue of the product and can easily be removed with water, whether it's rain or simply hosing it down.

Regarding the effectiveness of the product on white algae, we understand your disappointment. In order to achieve optimal results, it is important to use the product undiluted during the first application. Additionally, some situations may require more than one application for complete removal.

I understand that you are unhappy with the results of our product and I apologise for any inconvenience caused. We take all feedback seriously and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

I'm sorry to hear that the lichen is still present after two applications and that you had to resort to power washing. We always strive to provide the best possible results with our products, and I'm sorry that this wasn't the case for you.

Regarding your complaint to our response time, I apologise for the delay in responding. We have been experiencing a high volume of inquiries lately, but that's no excuse for not responding within 24 hours. I will investigate this further to ensure that it doesn't happen again in the future.
