Great tools.

The staff were very friendly and helpful regarding my order and the postage to South Africa. The tool quality is superb and being made by luthiers is reassuring.

Rapid delivery from a company that actually stock what they advertise.

The final refinish was very good but it had to be redone a second time as the first time there were still visible marks in the wood. It also took a few months for the work to be done due to staffing issues. Am I satisfied with the work, yes but it took far longer than I expected.

Ordered a fret levelling file from Crimson and it didn't disapoint. Has made fret levelling so much easier and the tool is great quality. Would recommend 100%

Products are manufactured well above average and any measuring devices are easy to read and confident that they are very accurate. The products are well wrapped and the waiting period is relatively short considering the distance from England. I am very happy with my purchases.

Excellent delivery time and the quality of the tools is what I require. I think the scraper is going to be something I use constantly. Might take a while to sharpen it on my grinder. Bridge tool looks easy and accurate to use to achieve the necessary accuracy.

Awesome stains. Went on super easily. Just wish the purple was a little more vibrant after drying.

The product was shipped promptly. I am always excited to get my Crimson tools. There are designed by expert luthiers and of the highest quality. The only down side is that if I make a mistake, I can't blame the tool.
