Good communication and fast delivery service.
The washer is slightly on the heavy side more so once the battery is fitted.
Used it today for the first time on the car, ok I wasn't expecting it to perform like a Karcher but wasn't disappointed, I just need to refine my car cleaning routine.

Part of order missing sent two of the same product ,help line is AI asking for information I couldn't give as didn't have the product it was asking for, eventually spoke to someone not much better took four phone calls to get an answer ,they couldn't even get my name right, took seven days for them to correct it ,products are good can't fault them just the customer service is a big let down for the company, definitely not going straight to yard force again , items.bought cordless lawnmower and cordless lawn trimmer perfect very well made easy to charge and use

Grass trimmer very difficult to use too powerful line thread doesn’t work. Now trying to return it spoke to AI generated name on phone couldn’t understand what I said also asked so many questions. Definitely making returning it as difficult as possible. My advice do not buy from this company

Great product combined lawnmower and strimmer. Had an issue with the battery and the customer support resolved within 24 hours. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again from this company.

We appreciated the smooth transaction, easy ordering, good communication and delivery.

Fast delivery and item appears well made. It’s quite heavy but after using it a couple of times it seems to do a good job. Batteries seem to last well.
No complaints up to now.

I ordered a battery charger as my one burnt out on one of the chips on the board. When I got the package delivered the charger was fine but the box it came in was the thinnest cardboard possible and may have well not been in it. The box was squashed and took the form of the charger. Better packaging would be a massive improvement as most small package get thrown about a bit andmore likely to be damaged in transit.
Other than that the charger works great.

Getting things done with professionalism and being thorough, it would have been 5 stars but the communication system seems broken, you can’t speak to a person and the AI chat won’t let you ask a question, if it doesn’t get the totally correct response with the first details.

Company is fine can't comment on part as I have to find someone to fit it for me!

Excellent mower, superb value and great customer service.

I bought a Yard Force E559 electric ride-on mower two years ago and I must say how impressed I've been, both with the mower and the customer support. After two years I had an issue with the battery, dropped them an email and within a few days they had collected the machine, fitted a brand new battery and delivered the mower back to me; fantastic!

Cutting grass is no longer a chore, but is now something I look forward to doing. The mower is well made, thoughtfully designed and robust.

I am particularly pleased with the grass collection system, which is much more efficient than with my previous petrol engined tractor mower. It collects both grass, and very usefully leaves in the autumn, saving lots of raking.

The turning circle is amazingly tight and you are able to mow whilst reversing if you wish, which is very useful. It even has cruise control, holding the same speed whilst you sit back and relax.

The motors that power the blades are extremely powerful, so cutting long, damp grass isn't an issue.

The huge 50Ah battery is included, and it uses the newer lithium iron phosphate chemistry that is used in electric cars for performance and safety. Unlike with petrol driven mowers, it is quiter and much cheaper to run; no trips to the petrol station or smelly fuel to deal with. No servicing costs and minimal maintenance.

I'm really happy that I moved over to electric mowing and in particular to the Yard Force E559.

Just bought a yard force mb400 from Aldi at £199. I wasn't happy about having a mower which required a boundary wire or one which needed an app but they are cool gadgets and at that price I couldn't resist.
Registering on Cloud hawk bluetooth app was easy. Once that was done I never opened app again.
Pegging down the wire was time consuming and on the first run the mower cut the wire.
But after that we had no problems at all.
I don't need or want the app, I just start it manually and away it goes.
Delighted with purchase so much so we bought a second mower.
One for the front of the house and now one for the back.
The lawn had lots of oystercatchers on it this evening, all dodging the mower as it weaved to and fro.

Reasonable priced item. Delivery quickly.

Customer support ignored my complaint of a useless battery

Lawnmower arrived very well packaged. Assembly instructions very clear and easy to follow.
Lawnmower is powerful and performs very well. The dual batteries are a brilliant idea - give longer running time than a single battery enabling me to cut both my front and back lawns with power to spare !

The battery lawn mower was recommended to me and I am delighted with it. It is so much easier to manoeuvre than my previous mower. It is a pleasure to use not having to deal with electric cable. I would highly recommend it.
