Always great support and service. I bought a set of micro chisels which are very cool and useful. Shipping was fast from the UK to the US and duty was covered. Thank you Matt, Joe, Joey, Sa and the gang.

I did my homework and wasn't disappointed. Crimson have such a great reputation how could I go wrong. Would I use again yes I will be using again. Search them on their YouTube channel.

So I dealt with Sam Faloon when going through the spec request of my custom guitar.

And to say the very least, he’s been nothing short than fantastic!!

He listened to my spec requests, suggested what could work, what wouldn’t…and why, taking the time to go through all details with me as much as possible.

The build is yet to start properly, but if it’s anything like the helpfulness of Sam at the quote to order stage, then I’m sure I’m gonna be loving it for the rest of my life!!

Really fun, and informative. Good bunch of guys. Would recommend the 3 day course for learning to re fret and set up guitars. I'd love to be able to afford to do the whole guitar building course, one day.
