Upon checking your order we see that you ordered around 5 weeks from the day you filed your chargeback. You also ordered during our 4 for $99 sale. We ask all customers to please be patient when ordering during a sale like this as each of our shorts are made from scratch to ensure top quality. Our shipping times are all stated on our site before ordering but can take a week or 2 more which is just normal
We also see that you reached out to our customer service team twice in which both times we advised you there was no need to worry everything was fine with your order. We understand you would’ve liked your order to be shipped with Amazon speeds but as we continue to grow we will for sure be there soon

I'm really happy with my shorts! They're well-made and affordable. The brand's customer service was fantastic, and I could tell they care about their customers. Just received my shorts, and they're awesome! The quality is way better than expected for the price. Super responsive customer service too!

Bought these for my son's bday
Bought these for my son's bday. The shorts are fantastic-great quality for the price. Although shipping took some time their Customer service was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience positive.

The shorts are dope!!
I know everyone below is complaining about how long it takes for shipping but it’s clearly printed on the site nowadays nobody has any patience if the shipping isint like a multi billion dollar corporation like Amazon. This is an amazing fast growing brand with amazing people and great quality shorts not to mention the messaging behind the company is strong. Dont believe the haters this is a great brand !!!

I placed an order in May and still nothing. Multiple emails, IG chats and comments via IG and nothing but fluff about how they are backed up and are going to send my stuff. be patient. Contacting my credit card company. Terrible business man.

I ordered from crispy and still haven’t…
I ordered from crispy and still haven’t received my order and it’s been over a month. I wrote an email to them and they then told me it takes a month for a shorts order. It’s been almost a month and two weeks and I still haven’t received my order. They created a tracking number for me but without the product. I’ve had a tracking number for two weeks that’s never been sent off. This company is unprofessional & horrible service

Expect at least 8 weeks to ship!
Same as everyone else, placed an order first few days of June, got a tracking number 5 weeks later. Going on 8 weeks and no update, customer service is copy and paste. Absolutely do not recommend this clothing company!

If I could give it a 0 star I would. I ordered it may 4 in hopes to have it before June 20. Never came. It came a week after I got back. I got back July 5 so figure around the 11 of July is when I finally got them. After I got them, they were extremely small and way too tight. I searched the website to a return policy. It stated no returns whatsoever so I figured maybe if I reach out they’ll be able to exchange them for me instead for a larger size. Nope. They wouldn’t work with me just a little. They instead tried to give me a 60% off. Why would I spend more money on shorts and throw away 100$ worth of shorts? I told them, they could give me 90% off, I won’t buy from them again and I’ll write in the reviews and comments on social media explaining why. Scumbags. No professionalism whatsoever. If you decide to buy from them, good luck and Make sure you know what you’re doing before buying from them.

Appreciate your honest review! And we definitely understand your frustration about not being able to exchange your shorts after receiving them. This is just a policy we had in place since Covid and we have stuck to it. It’s also stated in the site under each product description and also under our exchange and returns tab before ordering that way we avoid future problems like this.
We will continue to evaluate our policies and make sure that they are well known to customers before they purchase.

The other reviews are true!!! It took 4 weeks to have them print and label for my order and 2 weeks after that the post office is still waiting to have my order dropped off. Contacted their “customer service”, which is just their Instagram, and got some generic autofilled response. Don’t waste your time or money!!!!

Fronting Ass Company..…Crispy_NYC
This Company is the epitome of the saying robbing Peter to pay Paul.So what they advertise was a 4 shorts for $99 which seems cool but they have no inventory.So what there doing is collecting all the customers money from the sale putting In orders to the manufacture to get all this inventory but now it’s a time gap for the shorts to get made & sent to Crispy.I placed a order late May 2024 & it’s late July 24 2024 & still no shorts.They even said they don’t refund money on a sale so the customer has to just wait 3 to 4 months for 4 pair of shorts.This company is the worst hands down & customers should not even buy from them at all.I highly doubt if they will be in business come the next 5 years.Truly a dissatisfied customer

Terrible service and shipping times
I placed my order in early may ‘24. After waiting for several weeks for a shipping confirmation I contacted them. They said that processing times were 3-4 weeks and that this was stated at checkout. So I continued to wait finally around the 5th week I got a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Problem was it said label printed pending pick up. 2 more weeks went by and it still said the same thing so I contacted them. They said that my order should ship the week of the Fourth of July or during the weekend and that if the tracking didn’t update I should contact them again. Well I did, because it didn’t! Now they say that most of May’s orders got dropped off at the post office over the weekend and that if my tracking doesn’t update then it’s set to go out this coming weekend. What really bothers me is they have a reel advertising their clothing on instagram. It’s a warehouse full of shorts that they say they have ready to ship. If so why am I waiting almost 2 months? Don’t waste your money or time! Especially your time!
