I’d give 0 stars if I could. This place is a total scam. They overcharged me and have not responded to any emails I have sent. I’m reporting fraud to my credit card company unless they respond to my emails with a full refund today.

I have ordered from this company twice and BOTH times, they added $6.00 to the order AFTER the fact, I just happened to catch it on my bank statement, the first time they acted apologetic and refunded the money, said it was a computer error (yea ok) second time, they offered $2.00, I requested the full amount and now their responses have stopped.

They overcharged me. No attempt at shipping has been made. Attempts to contact are ignored.
UPDATE: The item finally arrived. Supposedly shipped from Italy according to a shipping co that is known to not be reliable. It was not the BOOM brand as advertised. Much cheaper quality. Better off going to walmart .

Stay away from this company. They are thieves. California has the highest taxes in the country and somehow this company charged over 6 bucks for a 19.99 order. I asked them to cancel the order and they refused. Stay away from them. If my order was placed in California it would've been 2 bucks tax but somehow these thieves are changing 6 bucks. The products are cheap Chinese made products. A company that refuses to cancel a order isn't looking to have you as a return customer they are looking for that one sale.

Order #13840S180703 A young family member incorrectly ordered nasal spray on my phone. That same day I requested item to be cancelled and another 4 times after that. One reply email advised "Could you please trust your first choice and our products?
Before make the final decision, please wait patiently to receive your order and check if you will like it.

My next email from them advised order was on it's way.

Still waiting for my product for 6 weeks now. My emails to this company are not going through, so obviously blocked. Same as the tracking emails being blocked. No phone number to ring. No way to correspond with this company. And to top it off I found out the product I bought was a peterthomasroth knock off which I could have bought on ebay for $4.99. There goes my $50.00. Scam sight!!!!!

Do not buy from this company. After 30 minutes of my order I asked to have it cancelled, but I was told that it was impossible because it had already been sent. I am trying to return and get a refund, but it costs me twice the price of my item. Really not satisfied. Especially since we can find the same product much cheaper elsewhere. Don't be fooled.

No stars would be better. This is a rip off Chinese company that is selling products that look like another company’s product. Once you order they will not cancel. I asked repeatedly within 3 hrs of ordering. They will not cancel the order even after sending me confirmation the order had not shipped. Lied and said it was shipped and they “couldn’t stop it.” Lies. Rip off. Stay away from this company. Oklahoma email address? It’s a Chinese company. Built on lies.
Took 3 weeks to get eye cream. And surprise (not) it doesn’t work.
AT ALL.
Also charged me $10 extra and when I tried to dispute the charge they claimed “currency difference” which was another lie, the order was in US $ and was supposed to be $39.99 and they charged me $49.99. Don’t order from this company. Dishonest all around.

Refuse to take a retur , fallowed a link for a special cream to order it but got another cream. Witch to me is a scam.

Giving them a 1 is higher than I’d like. I ordered 2 hair powders in a dark brough and they came in a light brown. Paid $35 and want to return them for a WAY darker color and they are in some foreign country. I would have to pay shipping back, ( I already paid shipping to me) or they were offering me $4USD back! $4???? Are you kidding me??? Shame on this company, steer clear of this company. They are probably the ones writing the positive reviews for themselves.

I ordered something over six weeks ago I've ordered from other companies coming from the same location they have taken nowhere near this amount of time this company needs to go out of business I have requested a refund on numerous occasions because I never received the product I just keep getting the same runaround.
