I ordered the “Boom Boom Sticks” It took forever to come, expensive , and they are a KNOCK OFF BRAND.

False advertising - when I received product it was not the same as what was advertised. I ordered boom boom nasal sticks that are supposed to be made in the USA, and received a “hanboli” Chinese knock off

Total scam. Never received product. Kept getting the run around. No refund, either. SCAM Read lots of articles after the fact about this company being a scam. BEWARE!!!

I purchased boom.boom sticks, I was sent a different knock off brand. Total was $52, to ship back (to China, after saying it was within the US and tracking sight said "Spain") would cost $44 to return with no guarantee it would reach return address. A loss for me. I feel this is fraud. Why not put a photo of what you're ACTUALLY buying???

Over charged from what was advertised and product did not do what was claimed.

I had ordered a Boom Boom Nasal stick for $26.38 US and what was sent was not what I ordered. I had screen shots and detailed backup to prove it and sent them all the information via email. Customer service did nothing.
What was sent was a no name brand called Hanboli which I have never heard of nor is there any search on the web or on their actual site of this product. This was a deliberate attempt to send the wrong product. Unfortunately Plenty of people are involved by this same scam.
When I reached out to customer service they attempted to resolve the issue by giving me $4 when i spent $26.38 I said I wanted my money back or send me what was ordered. They then attempted to lie and said I ordered the Hanboli which was not the case. Typical bait and switch. Crosmicopic Customer service said it would cost you more money to send it back to us for a credit so please take the $4 credit.
They knew clients would not send it back because the cost of shipment was more then the actual product.
100% pure satisfaction is a LIE.
I will be opening up a investigation with Paypal and my credit card company and hope they do something. I would suggest anyone involved with this company be aware of their business practices.

This company is a SCAM!! Do not order from them.

Purchased a boom boom stick they sent me inferior product emailed them multiple times for them just to insult me and try to deter me from returning it. Getting nowhere with them will never buy their products. They’re scammers and they false advertising.

They advertise in Canadian funds. They actually charged my USD and overcharged my credit card. I found the overcharge on my statement and told them. They charge for shipping as well and after 7 days my package is still in the US and I'm in western Canada. They say they will reimburse me for the overcharge in 7 days. How many people do they do this to and it goes unnoticed.

If it had an option of 0 I would have selected that. They charged my account and I don’t even know what for. I’ve been sending txts to the one I recd regards charge of $31.18. I’ve send at least 20 msgs with no response, no money and no product! SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT BUY!

I ordered the boom sticks online and I didn’t receive a confirmation email. I emailed support to cancel my order with my order number with no response. Also no response from their service centre

Bought a discounted “Boom Boom nasal stick”, got a “Hanboli Nasal stick”. Not only was I sent the wrong product, this one has a hazardous chemical in all their sticks called, “Borneol” that even the real producers said to avoid and causes respiratory problems. I messaged them for a refund and instead of apologizing, they said it was the correct product from their warehouse! I only added a star because the shipping was great and customer service was quick to respond but false advertising and service did not acknowledge my request.

Edit: Changing to 1 Star just because the site they stole is says, "100% money back Guarantee... If you are not satisfied."
The audacity to send me back an email saying, "would you consider 3$ Refund?"

The product they sent me was fake. They wouldn't refund me. Very unprofessional company and untrustworthy. Do not order from these scammers

Do not trust this company. Ordered from here a while ago. The tracking number provided to me was active and was updating in a span of about a month until it stopped updating. When i finally contacted them about it, they claimed that the tracking number they gave to me was the wrong one and that my item was delivered. They sent the "correct" tracking number that showed that it was delivered.

I have contacted them, telling them that i never received it. We went at it back and forth and they keep asking me to check with the post office. I keep telling them i haven't received anything and asked for a refund. They refuse to give it and keep on referring back to the fake tracking number that says it was delivered.

I mentioned the "shipping protection" sub charge that's included with my order and they completely disregarded it, saying that my item was delivered according to their tracking number. NO ACCOUNTABILITY from them.

If they claim that my item was delivered August 30th of 2024, why do they keep emailing me "your parcel's status has updated" up to September 12th?? because this company is a SCAMMER and they never intent to give me my item nor send me my refund.

Short story,
I never received the item, they refused to hear my complaints and wont give me my refund.

I bought what I thought were original Boom Boom Sticks. I got nervous right after I ordered and asked for them to stop the order and refund me the money. The rep said it was too late and the order went through.
I received my order and they were labeled Nasal Sticks. I went back to my orders and clear as day, it said Boom Boom Sticks.
I contacted customer service and she offered me $4 first. Then $6. All the while she wrote that she fought for the full refund, but her boss said no. She was worried about her job if she were to ask again.
I asked her to have her manager contact me. I told her this was Bait & Switch. I told her I would be contacting the BBB to file a complaint and that I will also be contacting PayPal.
I'm also going to dispute it with my bank, and I will be blasting this dispute to any place I can (FB, Instagram, etc) to warn others about buying from this company.

The product I received was not the product advertised. Packaged the same but the sticks were labeled YOU BUY NASAL STICKS although I purchased from the site. I was charged $26.95 even though I sent screenshots of the product selling at $12.99 and $14.99
They offered a 5.99 refund. I continued to complain and then was offered an additional $2.50. I declined and they upped the extra return to $5.00.
I should have just disputed the charge with my bank. This was a big mistake purchase and not a company I will ever do business with. Buyer beware!!!!

Do not order from this “company”. I see all these pacifying responses from them in these comments but if you email the “support” address the first reply is what they call a tracking number but there’s no info on it. I assume they made it up to put me off a little longer. I haven’t tecieved a reply from them since I asked about the tracking number. I can’t get product from them, I can’t get a refund from them. I can’t even get a response. Found them on FB and I’m about to blast all over FB, X and any other platform I can find what a bunch of thieves this outfit is.
