Great advertising, poor delivery!!

I decided to start the DJ course package as it looked interesting. This came as a number of courses which was great and inclusive of a number of rewards. The courses I did start were well presented. However, when I had an issue I tried consulting with customer services and that was the start of my nightmare.

Firstly, if you have to deal with the customer service let me warn you that you have to email and wait up to 48hrs for a reply. Don't expect a normal chat. And be prepared for a blunt and rude reply.

Secondly, don't bother with the complaints procedure as I followed this and my complaint was allegedly forwarded to COO Jamie Hartley, yet 2 weeks later still no response.

As I mentioned, the courses were clear and of good content. Maybe customer service should be a consideration with the amount of customers they are dealing with.

very happy with product, transaction,and the very quick delivery. As a first time customer will definitely buy here again.

Fake t shirt made me :(

Bought a case and a t shirt, case was fine but T-shirt was a knock off, just a JB workwear shirt with some screen printing on it. Not what I wanted and possible infringing on copyright laws. If I wanted to buy fake crap I would go to Thailand.

Quick postage

Quick postage, received the item within a week which is good since I am in a regional area. Item was well wrapped, in good condition and as described. Great price also. Very happy with the service.
