Lovely course, terrible customer service!!!
I decided to start the DJ course package as it looked interesting. This came as a number of courses which was great and inclusive of a number of rewards. The courses I did start were well presented. However, when I had an issue I tried consulting with customer services. The customer service representative was curt with their response and the reply was up to 48 hours. When you get a reply then you have to wait another 48 hours for a response again is not ideal. Before you know it a week has passed for two emails with a weekend in it. Then my email was misread and the course cancelled. Yes it would have been great to speak personally to Jamie etc. but escalation was not an option.
Further update (8/3/26): my complaint was referred to COO Jamie Hartley on 26/2/26 but no response received from that.
