All round great brand, amazing sticks and great 1st touch!

Amazing stick! great service. Whenever i sent an email they responded instantly and shipping was fast. It has great power and control is unreal! the low bow is perfect for flicking but still doesnt affect the rest of your game which is great!i would highly recommend this stick.

No one answers the phones. My £345 hockey stick has not arrived for Christmas and there is no information about when it will arrive.

It took a really long time before it was finally here. Much longer than you told me. However you sent me a small gift. So that is the reason for the two stars

purchasing appeared easy....just waiting on delivery but have bought before and reckon there should be no problems.

I placed an order on the 12th September and despite calling and emailing my only response is an automated generic reply. No stick or indication of its arrival is forthcoming.
Poor customer services, I would not recommend using or purchasing Crown products in the future

I have had my Crown Shadow Series for a season now and it has served me admirably. The service I received from Crown was great too, I spoke to them on Instagram at first and although they couldn't provide me with a student discount they obviously want people to buy their products so sorted me out with a touch pad and a spare grip. Very pleased indeed.

After placing order, I send an email to ask how to track the order I placed for my sons stick and nobody replied yet.Wonder hiw after sales service will be.

Response has been great so far. Looking forward to getting my stick now! 12 day turn around us really impressive

Experience was wonderful! Fast service and my question where answered by email very quickly.

Efficient and delivered on time. Thank you.
My son loves his birthday present and can't stop raving about the stick. Scored 2 goals tonight..

Very helpful, I rang up twice to talk to them and they awnserd quickly and were very helpful, my problem got resolved both times

Fast, useful information, good layout.

Delivery time isn’t extortionate!! I ordered a stick about a month ago and the stock still has not arrived...

Really impressed with how smoothely buying a new stick went. I’m really excited to recieve my new stick before the season starts

Brilliant service & liked that I could speak to the designers / founder to ask Lots of questions.

Very pleased with everything so far.

Good products but at least 2 weeks delivery.
