Jacke ist erst Mitte Januar angekommen obwohl am Black friday bestellt aussehen erstmal jedoch sehr schick jedoch jetzt nach 2 Monaten über Nähte und das kleinere Logo am Arm ist ab und der Supergau der Reißverschluss ist kaputt sollte bei einer 200€ Jacke nicht sein nach 2 Monaten

Ordered a coat, given delivery date of 20th Feb, still not received, they have stopped answering my emails. The money is taken when you order not when the item is dispatched. Starting to think it won’t come. Please think twice before ordering!

I ordered a jacket from Corvidae, which arrived with obvious defects (loose threads and poor workmanship). Despite multiple attempts to contact them and providing clear evidence, I was repeatedly ignored and delayed.

Instead of offering a straightforward return process, the company insisted that I cover the return shipping costs – even though the item was defective. It took weeks just to get the complete return address, and to this day, no proper solution has been provided.

I have now taken legal action and strongly advise everyone to avoid this store. Customer service and fair handling of issues appear to be completely lacking.

Clothes are sick, shipping’s quick

Product purchased in Dec 2024 and in Jan 2025 the Zipper failed to the jacket. Tried to contact Corvidae on three separate occasions with no response whats so ever. I will now take up the matter legally.

Die Lieferung hat sehr sehr lange gedauert. habe an Black Friday bestellt, kam mitte Januar an (winter schon bald vorbei). Als ich ihnen geschrieben habe, haben sie teilweise 2 wochen gebraucht um auf eine email zu antworten. Und darüber, wann meine jacke ankommen würde, konnten sie auch nichts sagen. Sehr schlechter service.
Ausserdem ist die rechte Seitentasche von innen einfach nicht zugenäht. Solche Profuktionsfehler dürfen bei einer 200€ Jacke nicht passieren.
Bei meiner Freundin war das selbe problem, nur das sie die alte Jacke hat und da der Stoff sehr schlecht und unstabil ist und das mit dem Service war bei ihr auch so wie bei mir.
Die Qualität des Stoffes der neuen Jacke ist aber gut.
Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit crvdae und würde nicht wieder bestellen.

placed my order over a month ago and it finally arrived, i can look past this, but the wait for the clothes that arrived isn't worth it (and thats if your orders even come, i see reviews where people have waited 7+ months). another issue was a shirt that i ordered wasnt available, but they allowed me to purchase it from their store? they refunded the shirt for me which is bare minimum, but the items of clothing that came does not feel like 2xl and xl. the materials dont feel too nice either, so if your gonna buy something from their shop i recommend going up 1-2 sizes to get what truly does fit you. the only thing i can praise the shop for was that what i ordered actually arrived (also £10 delivery when i live in the UK is crazy)

This brand is great, I just got a puffer jacket recently and it is very warm for canadian winters (-20°C)
