Leider sind wir auch darauf reingefallen...
Bestellt am 02.12.. Heute endlich ein update wenn wir die Lieferung tracken.
Die Ware geht seit heute wieder zurück zum Versender ...

been over 2 months and a shipping label hasnt even been created. Do not recomend buying from them

DONT ORDER!!!!! I paid for the jacket and never got a confermation e-mail en never got the jacket!!! Tried to reach them 5 times and never got a answer. Don’t ever order anything there I wasted 200 euro’s on Nothing !

Jacket was good for a month but then the zipper ripped and i did a reclamation and they said they are not giving any compensation for this design flaw. Would not recommend to buy from them for their bad customer service. :(

Problem with contact, delayed shipping, they dont read their e-mails, so basically you cant cancel your order if you want. Puffer is good for the price, i mean theres no flaws with that thing.

Firma wirbt beim Black Friday damit, dass die Ware am nächsten Tag versendet wird. Ware wurde noch immer nicht losgeschickt. Auf eine Anfrage reagiert keiner……

J’ai commandé une doudoune sur ce site je l’ai reçu 2/3 semaines après, très bonne qualité et tient chaud. Je recommande malgré une attente un peu longue et sans date de livraison.

the coat i ordered hasn’t come yet, the costumer service is awful they just completely ignore you. there is no way of cancelling you’re order. so now i’m stuck like others that have purchased from them. my friend received their puffer jacket and it is thin and cheap quality. it’s a shame as the puffer jacket looked really good online. i hope i will get it but i assume it will be months from now as other costumers have said theirs was.

Ordered a jacket 3 months ago they didnt send anything or at least a tracking number
Luckily i paid through paypal
I tried to dispute the order and suddenly they send the package with a tracking info
Week later the package never left england and was send back to the shipper
I honestly dont know what else to do i really eanted the jacket

Site qui manque d informations explicites surtout en français doudoune commande et quelques jours plus tard réception d une facture de chez FedEx pour un montant de 86 euros la doudoune a déjà coûté 182 euros il y a un manquement à l obligation d’information
N’achetez surtout pas sur ce site

Made my purchase a month ago. It hasn’t arrived yet. I’ve been trying to contact them but they don’t answer to any of my messages and mails. The o ly thing left I can do is take legal actions towards them, because this situations is unsustainable.

Best clothing brand ever. I own like 20 pieces from them, from beanies to jackets. Fast shipping, no more than a week to get my stuff :))

après 2 ans et demi d’attente , je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande a 200€ et n’ayant aucune réponse de leur part a par des messages dans le vent je pense jamais la recevoir . Marque de voleur a éviter !!!!!

Diese Firma ist ein echter Albtraum. Wir haben im Dezember 2023 eine Winterjacke bestellt und sofort bezahlt. Die Jacke ist bis jetzt noch nicht eingetroffen. Mehrfache Anfragen per Mail werden einfach ignoriert und bleiben unbeantwortet. Ich vermute, es ist deren Masche. Somit können wir nur annehmen, dass es sich um Betrug handelt. Ich kann nur davon abraten, dort etwas zu bestellen

I've received the jacket yesterday, it took 2 months to arrive, my son loves it, nice design, material not too bad for a China product, fit the size... the only problem is that takes long to arrive and nobody answers the emails...but per total, happy with the product.
