TERRIBLE they sent me 1 jacket instead of 2, i payed 85 € for each and only got one, when the customs asked them if thats true they didnt answear and i cant get my money and my jacket

the customer service is terrible, they dont answer and when they answer after like a week they say ”we are working on it” and even that working takes them MONTHS. I ordered a jacket accidentally the wrong size and wanted a refund. They have been working on the refund for over a month now, how is this even possible. Worst shopping expirience EVER

Ordered a XL Jacket.
Hard to pay additional 85 Euro for customs, but received a XS Jacket.
I tried to contact the customer support , but never received an answer!
Never again!!!

J’ai commander un Jersey et un short, après avoir payé 50e de douane je me suis rendu compte que la qualité n’étais clairement pas à la hauteur pour le prix du jersey et quant au short je ne l’ai jamais reçu. Et bien sûr il est impossible de joindre leurs SAV

Ordered a product and it came pretty fast however they sent me the wrong size. I asked for an exchange but they said they dont have the size i ordered anymore. After messaging them for literally 2 months they said I would get a discount code for my next order. This week i wanted to vuy something with that code but it doesnt even work. I messaged them they replied me and asked for more details. So i wrote them back and they just dont respond. Worst customer service of all time.

C’est décevant, j’ai commandé un ensemble un taille L, ils m’ont envoyé la mauvaise taille, ça fait plusieurs semaine que je suis en communication avec eux afin qu’ils réparent leur erreur. A plusieurs reprises ils m’ont fait de fausses promesses comme quoi ils feraient urgemment le nécessaire. Et depuis peu ils m’ignorent; 200€ a la poubelle…

literally worst overhyped brand out there. I returned my product and they never gave back my 220 euros. Also the worst costumer service they just ignore the hell of you. NEVER BUY YOUR CLOTHES HERE

It took 3-4 months for the package to arrive, even though they told me it was shipped. They ignored three of my messages and only answered the fourth when I saw they only answered the bad reviews on Facebook, and I did the same. The quality of the jacket is also awful, my zipper broke after about two months of usage.
It is incredible how they are still a functioning brand.

I ordered a jacket. after 3 months of waiting it finally arrived but it was a bit too short. i asked if i could refund it or change it to another size. but they completely refuse. The jacket is a nice quality but the service is so bad.

Its Literally so bad. I ordered my jacket before 3 months and i havent got it. I dmed them like 50 times or more often. After bullshiting with them i just told them i will call my credit card company and then THEY FINALLY GAVE ME MY REFUND.

I really hope for them that their company goes broke

I ordered a puffer jacket about 2 months ago, and I still haven't gotten an email saying that it has shipped, I have dm'ed them on Instagram many times, and they always replied with, sorry it will ship next week, they said the same thing 7 times. Honestly, it's horrible.

It’s been 7 months since i bought my jacket from this awfully bad brand. I’ve read reviews on different places, people stating they have stolen their money and never recieved their jackets. Them stating they need time and space, even tho they keep releasing new stuff, without caring about their customers not recieving the product.
It’s a total scam, and they don’t reply to a single customer support message on mail or discord. If they answer, they ask the same questions over and over.
Awful brand, giant scam.

J’ai commandé la white puffer jacket il y a maintenant plus de 6 mois pour un montant de 200€, après de multiples relance via dm ou email, encore aujourd’hui aucune nouvelle, je me suis fais volé 200€ par une marque tellement connu et visiblement sure d’après leurs nombreux consommateurs, un conseil fuyez vite cette marque !!!
