Thief website, my capital 100 wins becomes 250 now I have been suspended without a clear reason, this website is a thief, a scammer, just banned this website.

Just want share my experience,I got lucky deposited 980$ ,and was lucky to win over 2000$.Made withdraw of $ 1970 ,and after 5 hours had in my account.So maybe I just lucky.

I had a very disappointing experience with this casino.

On 16.12.2025 I requested a withdrawal of my balance (crypto). The withdrawal was shown as PENDING for several hours, after which it completely disappeared from my account. At the same time, my balance was reset to zero and my account status was downgraded.

When I contacted support, I was informed that my account had been restricted after an “internal review” due to alleged violations of the Terms & Conditions. No specific evidence, dates, logs, or concrete actions were provided — only a general reference to “multiple accounts”.

I explicitly asked for clarification on which exact clauses were violated and how, but no details were given. Shortly after, my account was fully blocked.

I accepted the account restriction and did not dispute it further. I then requested consideration of a refund of my deposited funds. Support stated that refunds are “not guaranteed” and that an additional internal review can take up to 30 days, with no commitment to any outcome.

At this point, neither winnings nor deposited funds have been returned.

This experience shows that withdrawals — especially larger ones — may result in account closure without transparent explanation. I strongly recommend exercising caution and understanding the risks before depositing funds here.

What went wrong this time? How can this company improve?
The main issue is the lack of transparency and accountability.

I deposed 110$ and got 50$ bonus. I wager it 35x and in that moment had like 1100$ and last spin from wager they took my money and live me just the First 160$ there is no say in rules max payout is just bonus or something they just took my Money. Update: they have rule you deposet 100$ get 50% and you need 5.5k wager to get just 150$ the rest they took away and that rule is not in welcome bonus terms they send you a link which you can not find and there is it. SCAMMERS STAY AWAY.

Scammed me out of $500!! I won just over $500, did 3 withdrawals, none of which were completed after 3 hours before I decided to go to sleep. I wake up this morning, the $300 I withdrew and the $200 i left on there are now not accessible as they have closed down my account for no reason! All the other reviews about this being a scam clearly seem to be correct. Luckily I have screenshots of the transactions and the balance I had remaining, and haven’t broke any rules so I’ll be taking this further. Please please please avoid this site, so so many better and trustworthy sites. They didn’t even have the decency to send me an email

Opened account this morning, deposited $30 got free spins bonus and won ~$30. Played and won $4800. Requested to withdraw $4500. 2 hours after request, I go to login and check the status and my account was "suspended due to terms of service violation" I have no idea how I possibly violated the terms and what terms I violated. There is no way. They just don't want to pay out my winnings. I spend way too much money gambling online, honestly. $50k spent this year... at least. I spend far more than $4500 with GOOD and HONEST online platforms. They scammed themselves really. Contacted support and waiting for the reply. Shady business won't get them very far. Not to mention the karma. We'll see.

Read the other reviews, great game selection, works great. No customer service response by email. No chat. However withdrawals do happen they just take time. I had to kyc after 5 days but then got withdrawal. Just be prepared to take a while to pay out but otherwise its good

They say they don't charge a fee for withdrawals, that is a lie. I withdrew 70$ and only received 50. The gas fees for Bitcoin should be about 3-4 dollars. They are crooks and will steal your money.
