Item did not arrive and emails ignored
Item did not arrive. Multiple emails to info@crystalnation regarding update or support. Have just been ignored. Surprising considering they're asking for reviews on here..
I am escalating this further as I feel like I have been scammed.. reporting to resolver so I can then escalate to ombudsman when they still do not reply..

Good after sale service
Unfortunately the first bracelet broke but they sent me a new one, at no cost, that day and didn’t even request the broken one to be sent back; great service. Seem to be good quality crystals. Would buy from them again
