Excellent Service
I’ve been buying kits and parts from CS Crafts for around 2 years now and probably place an order on a monthly basis. I’ve never had an issue with this company. Their kits are reasonably priced, excellent quality and the delivery times are excellent. In fact, I placed my most recent order this morning and have just been notified that it will be delivered tomorrow. Customer service like this is getting harder to find these days and it really makes a difference. Thank you.

Great quick easy service!!
Sold my lathe a few years ago and found myself regretting it recently so got another. Got a few fancy pen kits and other bits and pieces from CS Crafts and delivery was really quick. Just made my first pen (this time around) and am really pleased with quality of parts.
Wood turning is an expensive hobby and I found their prices very fair. I'm sure I'll be buying lots more in future. Bravo CS Crafts!!

Purchase of Pen kits.
Easy to navigate website found what I wanted, payment no problem. Apparently the package got wet while with the Post Office and was returned to CS crafts, They informed me of the delay and I recieved the goods a couple of days later. No problem with the customer service.
