Only wanted three tiles but as the postage of £25 could not be waived for our £11 order I had a one and a half hour journey to collect them from a show room free of delivery costs. It was good of them to come up with a solution to an unfairness of their making. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

I want to take the opportunity to thank Lisa Jane for her incredible customer service. She has been liaising with both my father and I on some shower wall options. We shared with her the style we liked as well as the measurements, and she was able to get a sample sent over swiftly and is now in the process of costing the job up. Most of the liaison has been between my father and Lisa directly and he has said she is incredibly professional, kind, helpful and enthusiastic. She really is an asset to your team

Excellent service
Lisa, Jenny & Steve were very helpful when we visited their showroom to choose tiles for our bathroom.
They listened to our needs and gave us helpful advice which enabled us to choose some lovely tiles from their wide range.
They also helped us choose the flooring.
Thoroughly recommend this Ashford company!

We visited the Ashford showroom last…
We visited the Ashford showroom last week with very little idea of what tiles were suitable for a fireplace. The young lady was cheerful and helpful, and when she was unsure of our specifications she referred to Steven and he went to great trouble to find answers and work out prices. Their customer service, knowledge and genuine interest in helping us was excellent.

Amazing, knowledgeable service.
We brought some tiles from Steven at the Ashford branch. We was blown away by his knowledge. He helped us with measurements and sizing.
I could not recommend visting CTD tiles Ashford for a professional, helpful & friendly service

Can not thank the lovely lady at the Ashford store enough. We purchased our tiles from them moths ago but later discovered we were a couple of boxes short. She tracked down some stock at another branch and arranged for me to collect them which saved the day as the tiler only booked for the nxt 24 hours.
Excellent and friendly service.

Great Tiles
After speaking to Ashford, we decided to order on line. We were told by the store they would call us as soon as they arrived. We Collected after checking with the store that they had arrived, as did not receive the call due to the Guy being off the day they came in. But all in all lovely tiles. Very happy and look lovely. Would definitely use CTD again and recommend to others.

I would just like to say a huge thank…
I would just like to say a huge thank you to Steven Rose from the Ashford branch. We moved into a house a couple of years ago and were desperately trying to source the tiles from the bathroom as we needed to replace a couple and did not want to start over as loved the current decor. Steve was extremely helpful and efficient and within a day, his years of experience found us a match!! Saved us lots of money and stress. Thank you again for your service.

Great place to buy tiles
Needed some tiles to patch up a broken area in the bathroom. CTD sent a free sample which matched, then followed up with a pack that I picked up the very next day in their showroom. Can't fault them really.
