Amazing customer service
After seeing the trainers out of stock I reached out to the customer service team and Tommy direct not expecting him to respond to help!!
They both assisted and sorted out the alternative fit!
I’ve since ordered 2 pairs! They are comfortable, look smart and are now my go to trainer purchase!

I received a similar item but not the…
I received a similar item but not the same. The item was also dreadful quality I threw it in the bin. I have requested a response and refund multiple times but I am being ignored. They communicated when I queried a lengthy delivery from China but zero response to my refund request. Communication is key, even for unsatisfied customers. I am the same shape as the model and I compared my item to the advertised item which was a different design therefore my refund request should not be dismissed. I have reached out on multiple platforms.

Love the brand and what it stands for. Prices are sound and quality of product is good. Recently purchased socks, shorts and three tops.
Still unsure which trainers to choose but will do probably next week.

CTRNE shorts
I made a order for the new shorts released and was impressed from the quick delivery to the high quality feel of the shorts. Ive been struggling to find shorts that fit how im comfortable with when going to the Gym and the CTRNE shorts fit perfect! The customer service is great too and came with a Keyring which is a nice touch!
Would recommend to anybody and I will continue to be a customer.

Been a supporter of Tommy’s for many years aswel as believing in the power of crystals so when he came up with CTRNE I was so excited to get mine, they’ve exceeded my expectations in all areas!
