Returning Customer! Yet again extremely happy with the packaging and delivery of my livestock. All arrived alive and well. I ordered Neocardina Shrimp and they have flourished in the tank! Definitely a customer who would yet again return to make a future purchase! Fantastic service!

My shrimps arrived promptly in a well packaged plastic bottle, and in perfect condition, with lovely bright colours. I'd ordered 6, and received 7. Excellent

Great service arrived quickly and in great condition will 100% use again :)

Ordered on 17/12/25 arrived super fast and all 10 alive on 20/12/25. Well packaged and very clean water in transit bottle. Despite being left in designated outside safe location by royal mail all were highly active with very little sign of stress. They've now settled into my aquarium and are enjoying their new surroundings.
Very straightforward amazon based transaction and I'll definitely be ordering from this seller again.

Product packaged great, fast delivery and great customer service.

Purchased 6 snails 7 delivered via Amazon, order arrived within 48 hours. Acclimatised by floating container in aquarium for hour upon release all snails were active within 10-15 minutes. I am pleased with purchase and will have no hesitation ordering from cuaquatics in the future.

The snails came well packed and looked good

Fast delivery. Snail was in good quality. Will buy more in future.

Mike was brilliant from the start, answering all my questions about the fish before I placed my order. The delivery date options were excellent, and the fish arrived on time and were really well packaged. Unfortunately, one didn’t make it through the journey, but Mike refunded it straightaway with no fuss. The prices are also far cheaper than what you’d find in most aquarium shops. Really impressed with the service and I’ll definitely be ordering from this company again. Highly recommended!

ordered some 5 snails online and received 8!!! all very healthy and almost instantly got to work eating algae. Top notch!

Assasin snails came well packed where healthy and in good condition

Ordered mixed shrimps from cauquatics, arrived a day late due to weather. This resulted in 3 losses of shrimp, however, cauquatics can hardly be blamed for the weather. Order went smoothly and was despatched quickly and the rest of the shrimps were total quality, some were a bit small, but they will grow, all are active and clearing up the debris ‘like good uns’. Thanks cauquatics.

I bought my rabbit snails from cuaquatics and they are magnificent. Very healthy and beautiful. I couldn't be happier and they arrived very quickly. Thank you cuaquatics.
