Cuddlr Opiniões

I ordered the Cuddlr pants in a short leg but found the leg length much too long despite following the sizing guide. I contacted customer support but was told that to change them for a pair with a shorter leg to fit me[i'm not tiny at 5foot 3!] i would have to pay return postage and postage for the replacement. I do not feel the support i was given was a helpful at all and sizing on website was inaccurate.

Really quick delivery and product seems perfect - true to size and comfy.

Received my trousers yesterday, I love them. I’m a size 12 normally and ordered the medium and they are so comfortable. Like the look of the olive so i think I will order them too.

The trousers arrived just before I was due to work outside in the cold evening. I wore them and was very warm. They are a good fit and look well made.

the trousers are great for my mum who mucks horses out in the cold

Love my Cuddlr jacket and pants. The customer service was wonderful when I was missing items from my order they took care of it.

Lovely jacket, look forward to seeing how warm it keeps me during the long equine winter

Bought 2 pairs of Boot Cut Pants and couldn't be happier. Used them whilst fishing and never felt the cold at all!
They are super snug and comfy and look great.
Wirth every penny!

Straight forward ordering. Customer service able to support tracking and update. Love the trousers especially in the olive colour.

Professional company from start to receiving my trousers. I ordered too big so was helped to send them back quickly replaced by a smaller pair. My experience was hassle free.
The trousers are quality and fit well. I cant wait to wear them when it gets colder!

My cuddlr shield trousers came today, the quality is superb, lovely and warm and comfortable
Thank you

Best customer service EVER! The team went above and beyond helping with their ordering site which really needs a make over.

I received my pants and I think they will be great. I haven't measured them but they seem a little longer than 32".

I'd give the company 5+ stars if it wasn't for the ordering site. ❤️

Bought for our trip to Tromso in Norway for outdoor snowy adventures!

Quality jacket and received in super quick time . What’s not to like.

Description of the trousers promises much - and delivers it all! This is my first pair and I shall certainly buy more. Warm, comfortable and practical.
Easy to order online, delivered in reasonable time and well packed - couldn't fault it.

As a first time buyer I found your website very easy to navigate. The trousers are exactly as descibed and of a very superior quality. The materials used are excellent and the fit exactly right. Looking forward to the cold weather so I can begin to use them. I also feel very valued as a customer. I will certainly return.

Product is very good quality, exactly as described, very quick dispatch and a free gift. What's not to love!
