Very Good value for titanium frying pan, easy to order and fully returnable if not happy, would of liked a summary of how pan was constructed

Do not buy. This is a scam. Pan sold as Titanium but is magnetic inside and out, so not even coated in Titanium. Refund process purposefully obstructive. Owners on “About” page do not exist. All photos on website including reviews are fake/AI. From what we can see employees are based in China at a manufacturing facility which explains why it took such a long time to arrive.

Can look through all the products and see what you’d like to have. Easy to change what’s in the basket and get additional discounts depending on what you purchase.

Still not sure...The pans took a long time to arrive.. so i checked the company out, feeling poss scam... chef is not real, the restaurant is fiction, the company is not registered in uk, the item comes eventually in a brown box with return address of a cargo co in feltham...that said, got the pan and it does what they said so.... awesome job on website and reviews...

Bought two pans and lid. One pan not flat and the lid does not fit at all. Hoping to resolve this issue as company has offered replacement if I pay postage of £25

I ordered Titanium pans from them.
The pans took a long time to arrive. They were sent in plain roughly put together cardboard boxes.
There are no labels or name on the boxes. The pans had no labels on them to show manufactor or material content.
I tried cooking with the pan. Cooking experience was very poor and difficult to clean. I dare not use them again. The material seems inferior and I do not know what it is. They look like a cheap copy.
The pans cannot be returned as Longwell told me the return would be managed overseas and it would cost me nearly as much as I had paid for the frying pans. I did not want to risk loosing more money.
I have reported them to trading standards.
The chef they use to advertise do not seem to exist.
No information about him or his named restaurant can be found on the internet.

This company are scammers!!! My package went missing and showed delivered to a diff place so they said this is classed as delivered and nothing can be done and refused to give me a refund. In the end we agreed on a replacement even thou I had already told them before it got lost I didn’t want the pan and when I get it I will return it. So anyway decided to take a replacement if I canceled my klarna claim that it had been lost and showed them which I did. They send me tracking for the new pan which is fake and is my old tracking showing already delivered!!! Scammers

Very easy to order. Ive done research and these pans look amazing! Can't wait until they come.
