Great product and Service
First, I love the product. It's small size is perfect for detail work. It holds a charge for 2+ hours of use too.
Second, customer service is great. I had an issue well outside the warranty timeframe but Clara was excellent to correspond with and kept me fully informed at all times. She made it easy to get back into a new unit at a reasonable cost. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Amazing customer service and a great item.
Very versatile engraver, givesca good 2 hour + battery life at top speed. I used engraving glass and would happily recommend, I wouldn't hesitate to use Culiau for other items.

Best gift I bought for myself!
I got my new Culiau tool for a gift to myself. I do a lot of wood burning and it has helped me sharpen and clean up the contrasts in my pictures. Thank you for such a wonderful product!

Great Customer Service, unfortunate product
I excitedly ordered the customizer pen, but once it arrive I have had nothing but disappointment from it
I've tried it on multiple materials with all the 30 different bits provided to me, it barely makes a mark, and the 'diamond' bits it claims to be have already started to wear down to just the exposed smooth metal underneath after 10 minutes of use.
I was however in contact with Clara from their customer service, she initiated the contact and did everything in her power to help me and give me the resolution I wanted, I cannot fault their customer service, they are amazingly helpful, just not the product for me

Customer service is great
Customer service is great. The device wouldn’t charge but they exchanged it for a new one which is fully functional. Clara who dealt with it was brilliant and kept me fully informed at all times. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Don’t expect to receive your item…
I ordered this for a birthday/Christmas gift for a friend and they never received the order. I contacted customer support and the best they could do for me is say “oh well we’ll eventually get your item to you” I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me either. I ordered this 12/24/22 and it’s 01/12/23 and they still haven’t delivered my order or refunded it. The best they can do is investigate and “eventually” get back to me. Stay away from this company unless you want to get robbed

It's so amaizing!
I love The Customizer, I used to do my jewelry using a dremmel but my hand will get tired after just a few hours, but with the customizer, I can spend hours doing the things I love the most and giving it to the people I loved the most! totally incredible

A nice addition to my toolbox
The Customiser was bought for me as a Christmas present, and being unfamiliar with the product it came as a very pleasant surprise. I have tried it out and found it very comfortable, easy to use with intuitive controls.
However, I will use it more for fine wood carving so will need additional bits, and the 2.35mm bit shaft size is causing a few sourcing problems here in the UK as buying 6 bits from Culiau will cost an additional $34, but I have tried the one wood bit supplied, and found it works well.

Impressive customer support!
I ordered a customizer a while back and unfortunately it happened to be one of the defective ones that Culiau was in the process of sorting out.
I got in contact with customer support and they replaced my customizer without hassle!
Customer support alone is worthy of 5 stars as well as the customizer. The new one runs beautifully and sounds much nicer than the 1st one I received!

I strongly suggest ordering one from Culiau. They truly stand behind their products!

Never received my order
I ordered 2 complete sets on Dec 4 as Xmas gifts for two family members. It’s now the 28th and there’s still no sign of them… Even if the problem is with the local post office, the firm should have been aware of that possibility (since the USPS has been very publicly struggling for at least 2 years).
