Removed all my funds from Currenxie…
Removed all my funds from Currenxie Bank due to serious concerns around support and account handling.
My account manager stopped responding to messages, and support requested unnecessary documentation for transfers between my own company accounts. To avoid any operational or liquidity risk, I decided to withdraw all funds and discontinue using the service.
Based on this experience, I no longer trust this bank.

Retiennent l'argent de vos clients ou que vous virez à vos fournisseurs sans raison valable.
Bloque votre compte quand vous vous plaignez sans accès à votre argent.
A éviter absolument. Plateforme de paiement qui semble en plein déclin.
Ils ont même réussi a bloquer les avis sur le store de google pour éviter les déclarations de leurs mauvaises intentions.
Si vous avez une compte chez eux méfiez vous grandement, cela n'arrive pas qu'aux autres, sortez vos fonds et sécurisé cela ailleurs.

Great banking and service desk
Excellent banking solution for receiving and paying in many currencies. Very low fees; excellent rates based on average FX-rate at moment of transfer.
Both their website and app are clear, concise and easy to use.
You can apply for Visa debit card to pay or draw cash at ATMs around the World. You can set your own limit for the card easily through the app/website based on how much money is in your account. The card is free and there is a money-back deal on card transactions.
But a special mention should be their outstandingly excellent customer service with not just fast follow up; but actual helpful support and solutions by friendly and knowledgeable people. And yes; you can get them on the phone as well !

ThAppreciation for Excellent Support and Quick Resolution in changing right phone number for account
The support team's responsiveness and ability to quickly identify the right solution were truly appreciated.
One of the support representatives even took the time to call me directly to explain the situation, followed by a clear email with step-by-step instructions. All I had to do was follow her guidance, and the issue — updating the correct phone number for the account — was resolved quickly and smoothly.

reliable payment service web-page and app are very simple
reliable payment service.
App have no function to cancel a wrong Transaktion even its one minute after execute. If the Transaction was done after the available support time, there is no way to stop it.
No function to insert one Transaktion and set it on hold.
Fees partly a bit expensive.
Does not accept US Companies

I paid 8 USD for a SWIFT of 30 USD to a…
I paid 8 USD for a SWIFT of 30 USD to a supplier in Japan (B2B). But the supplier complained that the amount was never received. After I asked the support, they said the money would be returned to my wallet, but they took 25 USD processing fees. So, from the 38 USD I spent, I got just 5 USD back. Don't trust them. They also charged me 50 USD to open an account!
