This is not a bank
This is not a bank as it’s a waste of resources and time dealing with this kind of bank. A bank you cannot pay salary with. A bank account clients cannot pay invoices without questioning the payment. I advise everyone to run from such business account. Also sometimes , it take more than one week for payment to go through. The bank is always with holding payments even you have to account and provide information/evidence for withdrawing as low as £160. You may wake up one day you cannot trace the bank existence online again as they do not have physical bank card. Run

Fast account opening for my BVI company
Recently incorporated a BVI company and fully expected the bank account part to be a slog — most banks either won't touch offshore entities or take months to decide. Tried Currenxie after some research and the whole thing took a couple of days from application to a working account. Document requirements were clear, everything was uploaded online, and I didn't have to chase anyone for updates. Too early to judge the long-term service since I've only just started using the account, but the onboarding itself was painless. Happy so far.

BAD FINTECH! Holding over $20,000 for almost 3 months
My company account number: 95B5A070, has had an absolutely terrible experience with Currenxie. For nearly 3 months, they have frozen over $20,000 USD of our operating funds under the excuse of a "compliance review" with no end in sight.
Between April 17 and April 21, we promptly submitted every single document their compliance team requested. Since then, their customer support has completely ignored us. We followed up via email on April 28, May 25, and June 1, receiving zero replies. We even escalated the issue to their official complaints team, only to receive automated-style "we are still reviewing" responses with no actual explanation or timeline.
Holding a business's capital for a quarter of a year while completely ignoring their emails is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. If you are a business looking for a reliable financial partner, I strongly advise you to stay away from Currenxie.

Currenxie will take your money for…
Currenxie will take your money for transfer and not do them. They will delay as much as they can and then return the funds to you so you have to pay twice for the same transfer.
The problem is they are not a bank and therefore they do whatever they want. They will lie and cheat you as a steal your money. If you are a busines you wouldnt be using them. and they have this HK$200 a month fee other charge which they cant tell you what it is for but they take it. In reply to Currenxies reply. Would you like me to upload the proof for the fees and the email from someone within your company who said they couldnt explain. Just like they couldnt explain the holding of transfer funds then returning them and charging 2 x the fees. But this is currenxie who will do whatever they want and charge whatever they want. As well as hold money they have no legal too.
