Unfortunately was very disappointed with the final product. I emailed company they gave me reasons that only make sense to them. I understand it’s all about money but what about the customer and the emotional aspect of it all. I ordered a plaque for my daughter who had just lost her best friend expecting to receive an amazing heartfelt gift not the case.

I am delighted with the gift I recently ordered for my husband with the inscription. Your company did a wonderful job with the gift I chose including the hair color on the gift. The crystal heart exceeds my expectations, and I appreciate the quality. I would give you more than 5 stars.

The final product is beautiful.
It takes a while to get them but once you see them they are stunning. One of mine was cloudy and I emailed the company and they told me about the protective cover and I removed it with a hair dryer. I highly recommend this product to remember your lost pet.

I ordered a 10cm glass Cat Angel wings Plaque for our remembrance of our late cat Angel. We was so pleased with the product, I do highly recommend them and their products.

Tire cover for Jeep Wrangler has the camera hole in the wrong place despite fitting my tire. Also, the camera hole does not look like the one in the pic—it is just a big hole without a fitted piece as in the pic. Contacted customer service 3x and never heard back. Too bad, the cover looked nice but useless if the camera hole is in the wrong place.

I lost my wiener dog and unfortunately its to expensive to haved her urn ⚱️ so this makes it look like a urn for me (I'll always have her with me) ♥️ thank you for the great job

I purchased one heart memorial plaque for my mom. Her sister loved it so much that we purchased four more with the exact same design! The company was quick, clear, knowledgeable, honest, and patient during our communication. I would highly recommend this company to others. Only criticism is that shipping takes pretty long (almost a month for my first order) and there’s no way to add gift wrapping or anything if you’re sending it directly to someone.

Defective product, unhelpful customer service, told me I had to pay for shipping to China and they had to inspect the product before giving a refund. Scammed me for sure, don't buy anything from them.

I purchased a custom rug for my son’s room. It turned out beautifully. Rich crisp colors, as described and pictured. I’ve hung this on my son’s wall because it will last longer as art vs an actual rug. Packed well and shipped quickly. Great shopping experience.

Great banner

I ordered a banner for my daughter's graduation and it was super nice! I hung it outside for a few days and now the material was so nice that she can keep it as a souvenir. My daughter liked it a lot!

It was the first time with cusgifts. It took over a week to leave country of origin , but then it moved along quite quickly . I don,t like the idea of not being given an Australian tracking number when it arrives , as the parcel is out of your control . Sometimes the tracking isn,t clear . A part from that , my rug arrived today & I love it so thank you . Staff ? are prompt in getting in contact with you if you have a problem or quiery , thank you , Mia ; )
