I ordered two items and they were both fantastic! The shirt was nice quality and they did a fantastic job getting them here before Christmas even with hiccups!

I was really worried my order wouldn’t arrive before Christmas, I sent an email and received reassurance my order had been despatched. They couldn’t tell me when I would receive my order due to the postal strike which is fair. The customer service was amazing, the girls got back to me pretty instantly and were really friendly, My order arrived yesterday and I’m absolutely thrilled with it, the quality is great and exactly what I wanted.

I ordered a personalized acrylic heart. It is beautiful! I contacted Customer Service twice and they were very prompt and helpful. Once to check on the shipping and once for help removing the protective film covering the heart. I would definitely order from them again.

At a very difficult time for my family I ordered a beautiful ornamnet not knowing what to expect as I have never heard or seen this company before but I took a chance and am so glad I did. The ornamnet was exactly what I ordered and beautiful. It makes a difficult situation a little easier to bear when I see it. Shipping speed was so quick even at the holidays which I am sure this is the busiest time of the year. I am a million percent satisfied and will highly recommend this company to anyone. I didn’t read the description about there being a film on my ornament and emailed them to tell them it wasn’t right. They emailed me back in just a few hours and were very nice explaining to me how to remove it. After it was removed my ornament was absolutely perfect and I cannot wait to give it to my mom for Christmas! Excellent customer service and product!

I accidentally ordered the wrong cover for my new phone. When I contacted customer service, they sent a copy of the order, and I saw it was my mistake. Even though it was my fault, they gave me 20% off the new phone case I ordered. I call that good customer service. The new case came quickly and this time I ordered the right one. I love it. I have ordered from this company many times, and will continue to order from them in the future.

My Nieces cat Cali passed after 17 years..She had her since she was 10(my niece). It was really hard for her, and I plan on giving it to her for Christmas. It's a bit smaller than I expected, but it's perfect.
