I was extremely disappointed in the quality, it's as bubbles on surface as well as visible lines and the name is so dull. The sample on the computer is so very attractive but the finished product is disappointing.

Took a month to get my order and when it arrived it was not what I ordered. I have been trying to contact customer service for a refund and I have not had any response.

I had order a Acrylic Plaque for my cousin Vickie Sue. When it arrived it was the correct size. Thanks to the Freshdesk Support Desk, they pushed the Reorder and I was able to give it to my cousin for Christmas. Vickie Sue Loved both of them. Great products and a Great Staff taken care of the customer.

I have tried to contact them through phone and email and have gotten no response. It has been showing it’s in NY for weeks now!! Seems like a total scam to me!!!

The product quality turned out great! Very clear even with a photo from an iPhone. The company was quick to respond to emails as well, which shows their dedication to customer service. The only complaint I have was there were no instructions to taking off the protective film that was on the product when I received it. :).

My husband has e-mailed them twice with no response, we never got a delivery date, it's been 22 days and we have no idea when the hell it's coming if at all. Were we just plain robbed? I mean they updated tracking to say twelve hours and a couple minutes AFTER the update it was put on a truck that apparently hasn't moved in 5 days. Update... It has now returned to the shipping partner it left on the 22cd. All I want is for this company to give me an arrival date so I know if I should be reordering through a better company. I realize the month to ask for a return has passed, I'm pretty sure it's their plan so no one can get a return just don't ship it say you have and make over $50 with no delivery or returns allowed after the 30 days.
Jan 9th my order finally came and it is beautiful, all I wanted was an expected delivery date, and someone to answer our e-mails. The product is perfect but from what I've seen in other reviews it's hit or miss if anyone will answer e-mails or help you with problems or questions. Also it would be so easy for them to simply state it will take a month or two to get it, that would fix half their bad reviews. And customers would be happy if they got it early instead of worrying they've been robbed. Overall the product is great but other companies have it as well, so cus gifts needs to improve customer service or people will simply order elsewhere. Also because they have no problem answering reviews I'm sure someone will see this! I will not be reordering through them ever.

Twas so cute in the advertising. I love it and it’s at the entrance of my house. If you come in with bad energy you have to go back and start again 🤣 …. The cat thinks it’s hers. So perfect so pleased I bought it ….. xx
