Quick to reply and easy to deal with. Product didn’t arrive in the box I chose though, and some of the roses on the cake had broken off. ‘Engraving’ is just a printed sticker. Detail was pretty good.

Horrible product and the worst customer service ever!!! The doll looks nothing at all like the photo I sent them, there is no resemblance to the person at all. They constantly ignored or missed my requests for changes, then ended up going to final production off a proof they had not even sent me for checking. Even though I could evidence through the chain of emails that the errors made were on their part, they refused to provide any refund or correct the product unless I paid an additional charge ... absolute fraudsters and scammers. I even have an email where they flat-out bold-faced lied to me. For a company that claims to be Australian, it would seem from their emails that English is likely a second language. Don't go near this company, they are an absolute disgrace!!!!!!

We bought the bobblehead for a surprise Father’s Day gift for my dad. He absolutely loves it. Everyone says it’s the best present EVER! It’s on the table upon entry at the front door as he’s so proud. Highly recommend this product as a gift for many purposes.

I loved how close the likeness is. The stand needs to be glued to its feet though.

Very prompt service, and the quality was very good, would use again and recommend, My photos were a bit blurry, so likeness wasn't exact, but still very good.

My original purchase was okay. The second one is not. The woman has a witch's nose with a big bump at the end. I complained and was told they do"3D Cartoonization" (there's no such word). No apology. No refund. No recommendation from me. Beware.

I placed an order and did not received any confirmation email. Tried to call and email them multiple times but there is no asnwer.

Ordered a bobble head, the non bobble head arrived very damaged, box was wrapped in a bag and looked as if it has been kicked from China to Australia.
All of the previous reviews are correct. Terrible customer service.

J'ai pris l'option envoi rapide...1 mois après: toujours rien.
Il m'envoient un mail avec la tête faite sans cheveux et qui ne ressemblait pas du tout à la photo. J'ai demandé les modifications (c'est dans le processus normal), mais la tête ne changeais jamais.
Donc hors délai, communication inexistante, j'ai demandé l'annulation, mais je ne le fais pas d'illusio.
Et attention, le site est en .FR mais tout est a Kong kong
