I ordered this bubble head back in October 2020 for Christmas 2020 the first one was lost in transit apparently I have just received my second order which I had to pay an extra $25 for shipping and they have completely stuffed it. It looks cheap and poorly made. The beard looks like it's been scribbled on with a pencil. And to top it all off it's white. My friend whom I had this made for is black. HOW DO YOU MISS A PERSONS RACE!!!
After all the drama of getting it in the first place I cannot be bothered sending a back and my friend has accepted it with my apology.

Better than expected. Really happy with the craftsmanship, the colours and most importantly the resemblance to our photos. Great Anniversary present and my wife absolutely loves it. Thanks so much.

I was extremely happy with the service and the product. I got sent the proof and was a bit worried but once the Bobblehead arrived all put together it was great. It arrived on time, there were no issues, communication was great and the Bobblehead was awesome. It was for my brothers 40th and custom made - he loved it. Such a unique and fun gift.

YOU MUST MAKE SURE THIS COMPANY HAS A PHONE NUMBER AND CALL THAT NUMBER! Scammers are simply creating A fictional website that’s very similar. They (scammers) are based out of the states. They will take your money and you will not receive anything you will receive a receipt but from that point on you will not hear from them again.

This company took my money and sent the incorrect bobble head. As pointed out in reviews on sites like productreview.com.au, they send the product before sending through their final proof photo. When you complain they offer a 10% refund even though their policy states a full refund if the wrong item is sent(they never actually send the refund). They don't speak English so complaining over e-mail is an absolute headache. They clearly use another company and are the middle man so have no control over their products. They claim to be an Australian company but are actually located in Hong Kong. Scam company, avoid at all cost.

Got a custom design dog bobblehead. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting.
The process is easy, what was shocking is the fact after making payment and awaiting order they send an update of how it would look and give you an option to make adjustments I couldn't be bothered correcting the errors, the nose and eyes were unnaturally looking but then they mention it can't look exactly like the picture after I paid.
It's a unique service, quality good, it arrive in an oversize box for a tiny figure wasn't necessary and delivered on time.
