There were a few hiccups with organising the engineers visit. However, the actual job was eventually carried out by Martin who I would rate 11 out of 10 for doing a first class job.

We specialise in all aspects of heating and cooling, including boiler installation, servicing and repair, and air conditioning installation and maintenance. We can also install gas fires and full bathroom suites. Booking did not go through so we wasted…
Booking did not go through so we wasted a day off. Could not pay online with car as that wasn't working and now boiler is not working. Waiting on a call back to walk us through fixing it but not heard 😕 Not very good really as we can't be at home with the boiler all day Waiting for call. Been with these for years and now they have gone national the little customers dont matter.

All good. Engineer arrived on time. He phoned to alert me to his arrival about a half hour before arrival. He was pleasant and courteous and as far as I am aware he did a good job.
