There were a few hiccups with organising the engineers visit. However, the actual job was eventually carried out by Martin who I would rate 11 out of 10 for doing a first class job.

We specialise in all aspects of heating and cooling, including boiler installation, servicing and repair, and air conditioning installation and maintenance. We can also install gas fires and full bathroom suites. Great workers!
The two boiler men (Scott and Jake) spent 3 days at my house putting a new boiler in a new location. They were excellent, professional workers and I would have given 5 stars if they hadn’t been called away by their office to go to another job, leaving me without hot water for another weekend.

The engineer was excellent
The engineer was excellent. She called shortly before arriving, was very polite and appeared to be very thorough in servicing the boiler.
My only complaint is the use of an AI "person" to call to confirm the booking. I would prefer a real person or a text.
